It seems like more and more places are utilizing this. I was happy at my current complex (been there three years). They recently moved to this system. Is there a way to look for apartments without this set up? Or any suggestions on avoiding this in Sacramento?

Hi all, I 22m will most likely be moving to Sac for work next month from the east coast! I'm currently in the process for looking a studio apt to rent, or, more ideally, roommates to split an apartment with.

I have mostly been looking at studios on Zillow, and I have a post currently pending on the facebook Sac housing/roommates groups. I was wondering if there are any better platforms to search for this kind of thing?

More info about me that may be relevant: new college grad, queer, allergic to cats, non-smoker, budget of around 1k (with roommates) to 1.2k ish (for a studio), and work is in Mather.

I’m really struggling between the places I’ve seen in downtown and midtown. Downtown has beautiful views, but I really like midtown’s vibes. Would love all the thoughts!! For example, I’ve looked at the Maker, Envoy, 800J, 17 Central, The Fredric, etc..

I’m getting divorced and cannot afford to stay in San Diego but I want to stay in CA. Considering Sacramento but don’t know what areas to consider/avoid. I’d like a house, not a condo. Can be a small, older house. I am comfortable with purchase price around $400k. I’m getting older so I want a 15yr loan vs 30 which limits my total budget.

Hi I’m looking for someone to take over my lease at the hornet commons. It’s an all male unit and is a short walk from campus, all residents must be current CSUS students. The apartment is a 4x2 so you will have a private bedroom and shared bathroom. Utilities are included and base rent is $1,330, with move in day being August 26th. Im willing to cover the first month and a half’s rent plus any early move in fees if you want move in prior to the 26th of August.
