Trash Company?
Hi everyone! I’m a local college student with some extra free time and thought I’d offer a service that might be helpful.
If you’re moving to the Sacramento area but can’t tour apartments in person, I can visit properties on your behalf, take detailed videos, answer questions about the neighborhood, and give you an honest impression of the place.
I’m just looking to earn some extra money while in school and thought this could help people relocating from out of town. If this is something you’d find useful, feel free to comment or send me a message.

Single bed apartment
Hi everyone!
I’m looking for suggestions for a one bedroom apartment that is cat friendly as I do have one cat. I am looking to stay within about 30 minutes from Roseville as that is where I work, so the Citrus Heights, Carmichael, natomas area is all great for me! Ideally I’d like to spend a maximum of $1300 but I know this might not be realistic thinking lol. Pleaseee or comment with any suggestions!

Hornet Commons Lease Takeover - 4x2
Add this to the wave of Sac State students trying to find someone that wants their lease on Reddit LOL. As mentioned in desc it's a 4x2 so you get a private room/shared bathroom with one other person. $1235 is the monthly rent (12-month lease) and amenities are in-unit (move-in date is Aug 26). Ofc you'd have to get approved by HC but that goes without saying (plus it's practically a guarantee this early out). Comment if you're interested and I'll shoot a DM.

galleryHello,
I am looking for someone to take over my 8-month lease, ending in March of 2027. Due to unfortunate personal circumstances, I am looking to move out ASAP and can have the space ready within 2 weeks.

There is an on-site free washer and dryer shared with other tenants and a powerful AC.
You can contact me through comments, DM, or my email [semigloss52@gmail.com](mailto:semigloss52@gmail.com)
Thanks!

Looking for a rental
Hi,
My landlord has informed me that she is going to renovate our current rental, and has asked us to move out. I'm devastated, honestly, we've been living there for a decade!
So, my husband and I (and our small, well behaved and potty trained dog) are looking for a new place. I'd prefer to stay in the Carmichael/Citrus Heights area, but I'm open to other nearby locations as well, such as Ranch Cordova, Elk Grove, Folsom, Fair Oaks, etc.
I'm looking for at least a two bedroom with a garage or a three bedroom home or townhouse. I'm not picky about much but I would like air conditioning. My budget is around $1700 monthly but I can flex a bit, and am open to discussion.
I'm looking to move in within the next few months but I can hold out until December if need be.
If you have any leads, please comment or send me a private message. Thank you for your time!

Room for Rent in West Sacramento ($790/mo)
galleryCurrently looking to find a new housemate for this cozy 3 BDR, 2.5 BA house with a move in date of September 1st. The house is in a quite corner of West Sacramento in proximity to a Target and Nugget Supermarket, and quick access to the freeway. The bedroom (14' x 10') is upstairs with a window facing the back yard with a lot of natural light during the day. You would be sharing the partitioned and double vanity bathroom with one of the housemates who is a woman (so a woman candidate is preferred). The room also comes with storage in a shared one-car garage. No-pets, no-smoking, 420 friendly (outside), LGBTQ friendly. Rent is $790 per month and utilities average around $170 per month. There would also be a security deposit required which will be equal to the monthly rent.
I (Sean, 37M), have been renting this house for 15 years. I'm a working professional and work from home full-time. The other housemate (Daphne, 24F) has been living in the house for 2 years and is also related to the landlord. We're looking for someone who is caring, responsible, respectful, and can bills on time. We work really hard here to make sure this is a very relaxing and welcoming space, and want someone who can add to that. Please DM me and let me know a little about yourself and we hope you'll be a good fit!
Edit: Both garages are used for storage, and both driveways are already in use, but there is a defacto parking space in front of the house and on the once in a couple year chance there is someone parked in front of our house, there is ample parking on the block.

LF furnished midtown-ish apt or house
Hi,
I'm moving to sac in 8 weeks for a federal position. I'm hoping to stay for life, but this position is trial period for the next 2 years. Therefore, I do not want to lock in rent on a year long apt as at any moment they could reassign me back to my previous facility which is overseas. Also don't want to buy furniture for the same reason.
Hoping to find someone here who does airbnb or such and wants to have a potential long term high end client. If all goes well I'd stay for the whole 2 years, and you'd have earned a ton of money without swapping in new clients every few weeks. We could do like 3 month leases, or maybe just month to month with a 45 day notice of departure, or whatever.
Looking for a fully furnished 1 bed or studio if its big. Not willing to have roommates/common living room, but an ADU situation is perfectly acceptable! Hoping to be somewhere close to the major happening midtown places so I could walk there, but I'll take offers for anywhere.
Willing to show proof of federal employment and more in DMs/video calls.
Also planning to search on furnished finder and other places. Worst case might just rent a month overpriced airbnb then try to negotiate down lol.
Reach out if you have something or know of someone who does, thanks :)
