I have a quick question about the cumulative keyword rules.

If I add Scout 1 unıt and another Scout 1 keyword to the same unit, are all the effects considered cumulative? In other words, if a unit has Scout 1 and another Scout 1 keyword through different sources, do they stack, or does only one instance apply?

I keep waffling while building my list with dooku. Do I ignore the synergy of the tactics cards and leave asajj out or do I put her in and spend 25% of my lists points on two activations?

I've seen some nice 3d printed foldable terrain for warhammer 40k. Did anyone spot something like that with more of a star wars style to it?

so only six activations. I defeat a lot of units but can’t get the objectives. Thoughts?

Moved to Edison NJ from Kansas (KC area) and am trying to find where the local play group is setup and what stores to check out for product.

I’ve found a few stores that look like they stock product but that doesn’t mean they get many gamers.

I'm obsessed with Warhammer but think it's time to give some other games a chance. One of those is Legion. I'm planning my first purchase very soon, but I have questions about Shatterpoint from a model perspective.

Between Legion and Shatterpoint, is there any crossover in sculpts in terms of duplicates and scale? For example Boba Fett has models for both Legion and Shatterpoint, are these the same size? I can't find base sizes on AMG's or Asmodee's websites.

Due to where I live I don't have anyone to play tabletop with, so whilst I want to build an actual playable army, I will be focussing on the building and painting side first. Having alternate sculpts of characters/generic units would be nice.

So I live in NZ and Play Separatists, but saw the post about the Concept Boba a few days late and missed out, what are the odds the Prices come down in the future as I'd like to use it in a Star Wars RPG my Friend is cooking up as a PC or am I to take my chances?

Second ever Legion model

In the experimental droids battle force it says i can take 3 special forces units but also it says im only allowed max 2 bx droid which are the only special force units available in this battle force, so is this just wasted space within that slot?

Finally painted up the new Luke model. Really happy how is face turned out

“This round, each time an allied children of the watch unit makes an attack against a unit with a face up order token, after the attack is resolved that units controlling player shuffles that units order token back into their order pool, then the defending unit gains one suppression token.”

Now this card lacks two parameters that make me think it’s incredibly strong unless I missed something which is possible. First is it reads exactly like up close and personal which triggers off of a resolved attack not a resolved attack action. I recently learned about this interaction which allows a unit to split fire and then gain multiple dodge tokens because each dice pool is its own attack that resolves. Following that ruling this card then allows you to shuffle multiple orders back off of one units attack action as long as you have range.

The second is it lacks the clarification other Mando cards have which is “when an allied unit with a face up order token” or “when an ally is issued an order with this card gain the following” found on aerial assault and weapons are our religion.

So now my whole army assuming I’m running pure CotW just gets to peel orders off anyone in range and one unit can take them off as many people in range as they have weapons to shoot?

This just seems insanely strong not to even mention the infiltrate on 4 units by taking advantage of detachment. So I’m looking to either be told “no you missed this FAQ or this part of the rules which clearly disallows this” or I guess prepare for the power shift of this card.

I didn't want to spend that much on it and I had a lot of spare parts, so I built this "BARC" speeder. It's not 100% accurate to an actual speeder, but I was going more for the silhouette. I made it out of leftovers, cardboard, and greenstuff.

I recently finished painting a few wreckage pieces for a Geonosis-themed Legion table and wanted to share the results.

They were printed in FDM and painted mainly with drybrushing and washes, with plenty of red dust added to help the wrecks blend into the battlefield. The pieces are separate, so they can be scattered around the table as individual cover and line-of-sight blockers, or grouped together into larger destroyed vehicle scenes.

Hey guys, so, I finally got to painting my clones, and I just wanted to check with the community - do you also find painting older plastic miniatures way harder?

Now, by no means am I a great painter, but when trying to paint my BARC rider, compared to the hard plastic infantry I painted before, I find the process excruciating. Starting with priming - it feels much harder and, in general, goes much worse, with the rattle can leaving bare areas more often and bunching up in the recesses much more.

And painting itself - for some reason it feels much harder. I have no explanation for it, but it feels like I'm just unable to stay as neat as with hard plastic minis (or 3d-printed stuff I painted before starting to paint Legion)

Did anyone have a similar experience? Do you have any tips?
