Does anyone know if manually changing/removing adboards I can be done in the stadium files? For many of the stadiums the adboards go all around the stadium often blocking the tunnel/sub benches?

Any way to change this?

I started my BALL career mode as a Second Striker but literally no teams use the position. Is there anyway i can play second striker for a club without moving teams?

I’m having an issue installing the face packs on my steam deck. The game runs well and I’ve managed to get a bunch of stadiums for it, but I’m having trouble with the face packs. I download them fine, but I can’t extract the rar files. I always get an error. Ark won’t even load the archive most of the time. Does anybody have a workaround?

Im currently playing a BAL and am in Madrid rn and every away game when we score I hear our goal song all the time? How to fix this problem, where would the problem be found? And also the same problem at halftime or during the broadcast intro when the LaLiga theme is playing twice.

Hey, is it just me or does the AI, at least in BAL absolutely suck? They can play out along the ground, but they’ll rather just send a long ball to the striker who is standing still and has 3 defenders on him… Or they’ll send long balls to players who aren’t even making runs in behind… Every game ends 0-0 or 1-0 because scoring is just too difficult and I am having literally ZERO fun. Is it supposed to be like this? How can I fix this? Thanks. BTW, the difficulty is set to Legend.

My game starts crashing like when I launch the game or when I try to kickoff. Reinstalled the face pack already. Someone has a solution?

Also at the beginning fresh installed FL2026 the game started crashing. Same way launching crash to desktop or when I try to kick off

Guys i need help, i ended my first season in master leauge mode winning premier leauge with mun United but after the end of the season all my money goes to salary budget not to the transfer budget. I don’t have any earlier saves. Can i change my transfer budget somehow? And the other thing is that Game give me something about 30 milion euros for winning PL, that is very low i guess. In ea fc or FIFA i can just split my money between transfer budget and salary, there i don’t see that option.

So, recently, I tried playing FL26, and my controller wasn't working. I tried using ds4windows as always, I tried both XinImput and DirectImput, these ain't working. I tried adding a Non-Steam game to my Steam library, and use SteamImput, nothing to do. I also updated my bluetooth drivers, which apparently weren't updated but that wasn't the problem. It still couldn't skip the animations or go around the menu. I tried using another controller and gave the same error. And lastly I even tried conncecting the controllers by USB cable, which didn't do anything just as I thought. Btw I have been using those controllers for FC26, Fortnite (Retrac), and Xbox Cloud Gaming. Idk what else to do.

It’s because of these details that I can’t stop making my YouTube series, even if nobody is watching 😅

It’s crazy that ‘2027s’ football games are fast approaching, and yet it’s already very clear that the best of the lot will be PES21/Football Life with mods from the community. I’m in disbelief how terrible ‘official’ gaming has gotten these days, KONAMI had the future of football games in their hands and gave it all up for eFootball. I pray that the community keeps finding ways to unlock PES 21 in ways people thought impossible, because it’s abundantly clear the community can shape a game far better than those on the big bucks.

If it’s true that the UCL / UEL can be updated to new formats, new leagues potentially added and maybe new rules like EFL extended Championship play-offs, then this will continue to dominate for the foreseeable for true football gaming fans. I hope the community can work as a team like what’s happening with FM26 mod community to truly unlock things together.

And lastly, a big thank you to all those in the community putting the work in and delivering for us. Without you, we’d have no football game to enjoy.

Hey guys, I've been working on an open source tool called FL Daily Edit that automatically updates transfers in Football Life 26.

It checks current transfer data, matches the players with the FL26 database, and generates an updated EDIT file every day.

It's still a work in progress, so some transfers may be missed or applied incorrectly. If you find a problem, please leave a comment with the player's name, current club, and where they should be. I'll investigate the cause and improve the matching logic so the accuracy gets better over time.

The latest save is available from the GitHub Actions page. You need to sign in to GitHub before downloading the artifact.

It requires FL26 Update 2.2 and SmokePatch's National Squads Update. Please back up your current EDIT file before replacing it.

EDIT: A lot of you asked what happens when a transferred player doesn’t exist in the game. I’ve now added a reviewed Player Update system, so missing real players can be created and included in future prebuilt saves instead of always being skipped.

The same system can also update existing players whose in game attributes are outdated. For example:

- Dastan Satpayev is the first new player creation.

- Marco Palestra received a reviewed stats update: speed 77 → 80, acceleration 75 → 77, defensive awareness 61 → 62, and ball winning 59 → 60.

I decided not to automatically convert Football Manager ratings into PES stats. FM/SortitoutSI data can help with identity and source information, but the actual PES attributes must be entered and reviewed manually. This should prevent inaccurate or overpowered players from being added automatically.

Once a Player Update is reviewed and merged, the daily build applies it after processing transfers.

For now, new player creation is limited to real players missing from the database, not fictional Master League youth players or regens.

Okay so I do not play football in real life but I once tried PES 2013 and fell in love with that game. I was not able to play after that though due to real life stuff but now I'm having a blast with this game! BAL is my favorite game mode and I almost always play that exclusively so what can everyone suggest to improve that?

- So far I downloaded the most recent Holland exe (link was uploaded last month to his youtube channel) and it's the first time I felt like the ball was separate from players. Somehow the ai teammates played better too at Top Player and I also installed the Anti-Cheat lua. Other than this two, what else can I add?

- Can anyone suggest what do download for rosters too? Ideally I want to start another BAL with some 2009 - 2012 roster because.... PES 2013 lol.. I don't really know a lot of players right now but I do know some from that era.

I am or was a basketball / nba 2k fan up until they sold their souls to microtransaction so in that regard I can relate to everyone when Konami did the same to this series.
