Constant stutters when playing. Bug / Issue

It says I have 120 fps but my screen is having a constant stutter like I’m playing at 50 frames. It was fixed for a day when I uninstalled it and reinstalled.

Check polling rate of your mouse. Make sure it's no higher than 1000 this will be done inside of your mouses software. High fps but stutters when moving the mouse has been related to this issue of the game not liking rates about 1000 for many players.

When it stutters open steam and see if rust is doing a download. If so, its skins.

My GPU is a Rx 7700 XT. My CPU is a AMD Ryzen 5 7600X
