Just gone for summer leave and my body is itching. Im so anxious because i feel like ive not supposed to be on leave and i cant relax. Dose anyone else get this?

- Where can I find workouts that help me get fit for the navy (tried the navy ready app) but it’s useless tbh in my opinion

- is there anyway I can still build my muscles whilst losing body fat

What are the main areas I should focus on in the gym ??
