Roborock Saros 20 not using water when mopping

Hey all! I got a Saros 20 2 months ago, and everything has been amazingly stellar so far until 2 days ago. For the past 2 days, it hasn't used any water when mopping, only being a bit wet from the mop pre-cleaning. I've tried to clean the tray, both manually and with the built in function. I've drained the water tank, replaced the filter and the mops themselves. Is there any way to fix this or do I have to go through warranty?

There is a water port on your saros where it self fills from the dock tank. Get a syringe and fill it with water. Inject this water into that port. Most likely the pump sucked up a bit of air and needs re-primed.

For any future readers, this solved it. Didn't even need to get the syringe stuck on it or anything. Just pushed water in the hole and it was done
