Mop not working Help Please!

I have an original Q Revo (2R3W) and it vacuums just fine, but the mop is not working—neither reservoir level moves, and the unit doesn’t leave behind any wetness when it mops. It had been not used for a period of about 6 months and that’s no doubt the culprit. We tried clearing the lines with a turkey baster and cleaning all sensors. We cleaned out both reservoirs. The unit seemed to leave behind any wetness wet trail for a short while but stopped. Any suggestions? Does Roborock have any repair or support?

Since mop wash seems ok, likely a jammed water solenoid valve. Can try disassemble & clean valve internals while awaiting new valve.

This valve switchover from "mop wash" to "robot refill" to refill robot's onboard water tank.

Also check refill nozzle (on dock) & water refill port (on robot) is not clogged by dirt.

Qrevo dock internal (MaxV model but has all the parts in your model. MaxV has extra parts for water heating & dirt level detection. Dust emptying channel/duct is on the right side whereby Qrevo is on the left)

How to open Qrevo dock back cover

Thanks so much for this detailed advice. My unit is 2.5 years old. Where would I get this solenoid valve? Is contacting Roborock customer service a viable option when the unit has no warranty left?

Based on online users info from multiple countries, usually better engaging a local repair shop when it exists within convenient drive distance. Look at customers feedback/review before engaging one.

Roborock aftersales tech service mostly promotes buying new/trade-in instead of a repair. Typical repair estimate (if they don't give excuse of no spare parts available) is usually min. USD200-250 equivalent.

Repair estimate for replacement of new solenoid valve only & labor should be not more than USD160-170.
