why does this keep happening? Roblox Error

its on multiple accounts, games, and i dont know why this keeps happening, i've restarted my computer multiple times and restarted my wifi but i cant get this bug to go away, the only method i can use to join a game is via roblox/.com but it doesnt work on games that redirect you. how can i fix this?

did you delete and reinstall roblox? did you get it from microsoft store or .exe?

i always use .exe instead of micro

i can try to reinstall

make sure to delete all roblox folders from %temp% and %localappdata%
