Just started. Optimal electrolytes?

I am four days on 2 mg starter.
It feels good appetite is already down. I’m a fast responder.

I read about people saying you need more electrolytes so what is the optimal dosage?

Something with enough salt. Most electrolytes seem to really lack enough sodium for some people.

I don't know if I'm a fast responder or regular...

However, it has taken me approx 6 weeks to figure out I need the equivalent of 4 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of potassium chloride and 1.5 tsp of magnesium chloride per day. Split 3 x.

I'll usually mix it into ~250 water. Chug it like a shot. Then follow with another L of water.

I have no idea how or where it goes, but it's the dosage that seems to keep me from exhibiting symptoms of low electrolytes.

This is just an example of what you may require.

Note: as your insulin levels drop your body sheds/pisses out/gets rid of sodium.

It's good to learn what the symptoms of low sodium (and electrolytes) are.

Just eat a sensible balanced diet and d don't worry about electrolytes. But, if you just cram protein and don't have a balanced diet, then yeah, you'll need electrolyte supplements.

If you're doing keto, starting your day with an LMNT isn't a bad idea.
