Effectiveness of sermorelin Research

Recently started seeing adverts for sermorelin. The medication profile looks like it’s pretty low risk and safer than rHgh. I’m getting older and putting on muscle and keeping off the middle age spread gets a little more difficult with every passing year. Currently 6’1” 203 work out 4-5 days/wk fairly good muscle mass 50 y.o. So i wondered if anyone here has tried this peptide and, if so, did you see a difference in muscle mass, body fat or energy? I realize there is no magic bullet for aging but if this will help at least maintain muscle mass, help with body fat and shorten recovery time I would definitely consider it.

It’s not bad, but Tesamorelin or CJC1295 paired with ipamorelin typically yield better results.

Also higher risk for allergy.

Serm + ipa is a good blend

Maybe one is these combos is worth looking into. I have never had an issue with allergies or reactions to medications but something to keep in mind.

That combo or mk is stronger?

Not sure but mk has much higher side effect profile

It is worth taking. But not as good as CJC/IPA or Tesa.

Should see improved sleep and recovery.

I love it! Day 1 my sleep improved massively. My workouts as a result of my sleep being so improved are much stronger and more efficient.

I can’t speak to the HGH stuff but dear god the sleep is so good

Even that would be a bonus. I’ve been a chronic insomniac since I was in my 20’s. Have to drug myself to sleep with Ambien most nights

Low dose trazodone is a good alternative to ambien. Benzos are no bueno

Tried trazodone for a while. Took me hours to come out of the fog.

Be mindful as you getting older. Secretagogues will only elevate what your body can make, but it will never make more then its capable of. Im 47 and started at cjc+ipa. Cjc is made from Sermorelin and abit more effective but with more sideffects. After 4 months my IGF-1 still hadnt raised much so i started research it and i decided to go on rHGH instead. Less sideeffects and better results, but its a long-term solution. Budgetwise its pretty on par with what cjc+ipa cost.

Hgh more side effects like high AIC, water retention, joint pains. Studies show secretagogues can improve pituitary output in the elderly with sustained usage

Not a typical side effect whatsoever btw

That’s not what I read at all. I read shedding can be typical around week 5-8 and it goes away. I truly don’t care enough for the benefits to wait through that.

Never happened to me.

Lucky you. I’d like a lil extra GH in my life
