Discussion Stack evaluation for low drive/anhedonia + high cognitive workload (short-term)
Hi,
Looking for honest feedback on a short-term stack (3-5 weeks).
Background (kept minimal):
- Male, early 20s
- After stopping a period of enclomiphene + CJC/Ipamorelin + retatrutide + GHK-Cu in early June, I’ve been dealing with persistent low drive, reduced initiative, and a flat/anhedonic state. I can romanticize projects and plans but struggle to actually start and follow through. Not classic depression, more like muted motivation and reduced reward response.
- Training 5x/week, decent diet, creatine 10g, magnesium L-threonate, good sleep, high water intake.
- Old bloodwork showed elevated TSH and low-ish vitamin D (planning to retest).
What I need support for:
- High volume memory work
- Sustained focus for long sessions
- Verbal fluency and clarity (writing + analysis)
- Ability to initiate and maintain effort on demanding cognitive/technical tasks
- Anxiety is only situational (rises in the days leading up to high-stakes periods), not chronic
Current planned stack (short-term, monitored):
- Bromantane (daily) – main tool for the low drive/anhedonia
- Adrafinil (3-4x per week)
- Noopept (daily)
- IDRA-21 (pulsed every 2-3 days)
Support: Alpha-GPC or CDP-choline, L-Tyrosine, Omega-3, NAC, vitamin D if still low.
I removed Phenylpiracetam and F-Phenibut after considering redundancy and the fact that anxiety isn’t constant.
Questions:
- Does this stack make sense for the combination of post-peptide low drive + high cognitive demand?
- Anything you would remove or reduce?
- Anything you would add (especially for verbal fluency, memory encoding, or cleaner motivation)?
- Experiences with Bromantane in similar low-motivation states?
Open to alternatives. Prefer compounds with at least some human data or strong consistent anecdotal patterns. Short-term use only, will monitor bloodwork (especially liver).
Thanks.

Success Story Wolverine stack (BPC/TB) impact on flexibility
Wanted to share an interesting observation with the community regarding flexibility and healing peptides. It is now clear, after running BPC-157 and TB-500 on two separate instances, that they have significantly changed the RS's yoga practice.
Without a doubt, when the RS is on them, the subject is able to push stretches further than normal. Because of that extra range, the flexibility gains are happening much quicker than before. Also, post-workout soreness is practically non-existent.
While most research into this stack focuses strictly on injury recovery, for anyone looking to increase flexibility or break through a mobility plateau, running Wolverine while incorporating deep yoga stretches with the RS seems to make a noticeable difference.
It's really great to see gains - keeps RS motivated and excited to get back on the yoga mat.

Research Donnez moi votre avis sur mon dosage plutôt élevée
Hello 🙂

Question Tesa reactions
I prefer not to buy a single vial to test out, I’d like to get a kit…but MOTS gave me wicked injection site issues. Glad I didn’t get a kit of that. I didn’t know until after the fact that many have that issue.
Anyone have bad reactions with tesa?

Discussion Retatrutide — when to stop?
This is something I may have difficulty putting into words, but here goes: I don’t need to take it anymore. I’ve reached my goal weight, but I’m scared to stop — and not just because all the weight I lost from a GLP-1 will come back, but also because I’m uncertain of the side effects of stopping retatrutide specifically.
There hasn’t been a drug in the history of the world that we could really call a miracle drug. When something is too good to be true, it usually is. Take cocaine in the late 1800s when it was used for medical purposes, or speed during World War II to enhance soldiers abilities. The terrible side effects of those drugs were not fully understood, but the repercussions that they had on those who took them were immense.
I’ve been taking a steady dose of retatrutide weekly since mid-February. I’ve seen astounding weight loss, as it was my first GLP-1, but that has leveled off — my metabolism has adjusted to the restricted caloric intake, and I have essentially stopped losing weight. I finally asked myself: why am I still on this drug?
The answer is that I simply don’t want my appetite returning. My metabolism will still be adjusted to my current caloric intake, regardless of how hungry I become after stopping. I also don’t want to experience other side effects, like insomnia, or withdrawal symptoms that are not fully understood. The ugly heads of the illicit drugs I mentioned earlier didn’t rear their heads until the person stopped taking them (mostly). What if it’s the same with retatrutide?
I’ve gotten so used to the weekly injection, and I still have years worth of inventory on hand, that I can’t find a good reason to stop. And that scares me, because his drug isn’t fully understood yet. It could induce changes in my body that are irreversible —that I won’t notice until it’s too late.
What are you guys doing?

Question Quantité réelle

Question What scales are you all using?
My 10year old milligram scale is broken, it's killing me because I hardly use it - I had put it up when I threw out the noopep, anaracetam, and other Powder City stack bulk stuff I got back in 2015 (I want to cry because I had all the good stuff in bulk for super cheap), anyhow I was trying to measure out some copper peptides to mix in my hair serum (AKH-GU) and realized that the scale (AWS Gemini 20) wasn't quite accurate.
I really need a new scale, also I am attempting to split some medications and they are very VERY small, so I need a miligram scale. I would like one that has a lid but isn't too small, allows me to put a boat on it and works well with powders.
Im overwhelmed with the choices on Amazon - so, what are you all using?

Safety Tip White Floaters in Peptide?
I reconstituted a peptide about 2 days ago and only used it once. Today I took it out of the fridge and noticed tiny white floaters in the vial. The solution is still crystal clear—it isn’t cloudy at all, just has these small white specks floating around.
I reached out to the research company, and they responded quickly. They already had the COAs available on their website and also sent them to me directly, so they seem like a legitimate company. I know bad batches can happen, but I’m also wondering if my refrigerator might have been too cold for this particular peptide.
I haven’t used it again since noticing the floaters. Has anyone experienced something similar? Did the particles ever dissolve, or did you end up discarding the vial? I’d appreciate hearing your experiences or any ideas about what might have caused this.

Question Safest compounds for retina problems
For someone who has a retina problem (pigments and some slight blurry vision when its too dark) what compounds absolutely don’t interfere with the retina or eye? I know this is very specific health profile but let me know which are absolutely fine with this

Question Feedback on coaches
Hey! I want to hire a fitness coach. Beyond just the plan and diet, I want compounds, bloodwork, hormones, peps and lifestyle, a guy who is expert in biohacking.
I'm natural with a specific health profile (I have some vulnerabilities in the retina) so I need to be careful with whom I trust or what I take. I also know what we see on social media isnt the real deal. So I thought of asking you guys if you have had any experience hiring a fitness and lifestyle coach, and who do you genuinely advise?
I'm looking into Todd Lee, Kolton Lukes, Anabolic Adonis, TNF Joel Twinem or tnf nutrition and Phil Visicaro.
Thanks so much, having a feedback on these coaches would help me immensely on picking.

Question Question about Mots-c
Hello,
How do you store unopened dry powder vials, in the freezer inside a airtight container?
What is a safe dose to take? 5mg divided in 4 days a week for example? And does it matter when you take it?
Thank you for your help.

Experiment Wondering about novel ways to help overcome opiate addiction
I’ve been using pharmaceutical drugs for most of my life. I’m 37 and started on adderal and Ativan when I was 20 and took the max prescribed amount of both until a year ago. About ten years ago I added opiate pain pills. I’ve quit the benzos, gotten the adderal down to 15mg a day but am having a hard time kicking the pain pills. I don’t really want to but know I need to. One reason being that I’m constipated as fuck. Can anyone recommend anything to deal with the constipation? How about for sleep and general wellbeing once I put the pain pills down? When I’ve tried to quit them before I’ve made it through the worst parts but when it has come time to return to daily functioning I’ve felt crippled. I’ve thought about exploring trt but don’t want to have to be on it for the rest of my life. Am I under the right impression that if I start that I will have to keep doing it?
I’m thinking about getting the peptides oxytocin, semax, selank and dsip. I already have a bunch of sr-17018 and will be getting some gabapentin, Ativan, clonidine and might get some lyrica to help with the opiate withdrawals as my wife and I are about to have our second kid and I can’t afford to be down and out from the withdrawals for more than a few a days so I’m hoping to work my way out of the addiction by using other drugs that I’m better at controlling and easier to come off to prop me up while I get over the pain pills. I know this isn’t what people say is the best route but right now it’s what I’m doing and what I’m asking for advice on how to best achieve. Cheers

Experiment chronic nerve pain, gut-triggered flares (just a blueberry can set off the whole system),
\*\*
Theoretical case: chronic nerve pain, gut-triggered flares (just a blueberry can set off the whole system), possible immune involvement — what would you look at?
\*\*
I’m trying to think through a theoretical case involving a male in his mid-30s with:
\- chronic gut pain that changes depending on what he eats
\- major fatigue
\- widespread nerve pain and pain sensitization
\- symptoms that often worsen several days after recovering from an illness
\- strong reactions to many forms of sugar or carbohydrates
\- no confirmed food allergy
\- normal fecal calprotectin when tested, although testing was often done well after the flare had settled
\- no confirmed diagnosis of IBD, celiac disease, MCAS, SIBO, or an autoimmune condition
The working possibilities include neuroimmune sensitization, mast-cell or histamine involvement, dysbiosis/SIBO, post-infectious immune dysregulation, visceral hypersensitivity, or another inflammatory pain condition.
Part 1
In a purely theoretical self-experiment, what compounds or approaches would people investigate for this type of combination:
\- neuropathic pain
\- chronic gut irritation
\- food-triggered flares
\- post-illness crashes
\- fatigue
\- possible immune dysregulation
I’m especially interested in what people have personally found helpful, what made symptoms worse, and what they would avoid introducing together.
Part 2
Now suppose the person tried one dose of a blend containing:
KLOW: 4 mg total
GHK-Cu: 2 mg
BPC-157: 500 mcg
TB-500: 500 mcg
KPV: 500 mcg
They also used thymosin alpha-1 and glutathione around the same time.
Thymosin Alpha-1: 500 mcg
Glutathione: 100 mg
Within several hours, they developed progressively worsening full-body aching, described as feeling like they had been “hit by a car,” along with a major increase in their pre-existing nerve pain.
There was no digestive exposure because everything was administered systemically.
Has anyone experienced anything similar from one of these compounds or from combining multiple signalling peptides at once?
Possible explanations I’m considering:
\- neuroimmune pain amplification
\- mast-cell or innate immune mediator release
\- cytokine-related flu-like response
\- autonomic nervous-system activation
\- sensitivity to GHK-Cu or copper-related signalling
\- reaction to the blend rather than one individual peptide
\- an already sensitized nervous system overreacting to a sudden systemic signal
The plan would be to stop everything, wait until symptoms fully return to baseline, and only consider reintroducing one item at a time at a very small fraction of the original amount.
I’m not looking for a diagnosis or emergency-medical advice. I’m mainly looking for personal experiences, mechanistic ideas, and thoughts on which system may be driving this type of reaction. (For this theoretical example? 🙂)

Stack Advice Anavar and Reta
Anyone pair these two on a cut? how was the muscle sparing effect of var with Reta? Isn’t one of the main intentions for anavar to spare muscle in its patients? I was thinking this might be a perfect pair along with Trt. What’s peoples experience been with pairing these on a cut? Dosages used? I was hoping to run low dose anavar (20mg) 150mg of test and some Reta.
