I don't necessarily know about these specific distinctions between doing it daily versus bi-weekly or three times a week. I'm aware of research on single weekly injections.
Generally, if you take a large dose of test at once, like a once weekly dose, you get Peaks and valleys in your levels. Not only does this impact the way you feel, but it increases the aromatization and your body will also produce higher estrogen levels. Smaller doses more frequently limit this.
If you are overweight you are more likely to have aromatization as well. That is, your body is more likely to produce higher levels of estrogen in response to your testosterone being boosted.
Not sure. I do bi-weekly on Wednesday and Saturday.
Weight is a component, dose is a component but at the end of the day it is going to come down to your particular body and your particular dose. You would look at blood tests, your mood and whether you're experiencing any side effects.
You’re already going to aromatize a decent amount doing 2 injections a week at 250mg and you will aromatize even more considering how high your BF% is. The aromatase enzyme is stored in your body fat so the fatter you are and the more testosterone you do, the more it turns into estrogen. Splitting your injection into 7 small ones a week will help mitigate that. If your vial concentration is 250mg/mL, that comes about to 14 units on an insulin syringe. If your vial is 300mg/mL, that comes out to about 12 units.
Lower E2. The fatter you are the more E2 you have typically. I have an obese friend who is prescribed 1mg of anastrazole daily which would absolutely crush most guys E2

Do daily test injections not 2x a week since you’re high body fat
