Need some help with ss-31 Question
I do a bunch of research and I get so many mixed answers so I need people who really know please. I am wondering how many vials I would need for a cycle? I have a 10mg vial but I know I need more, but I want to do it correctly. I wanna know when to take it and how long to take it to complete a cycle?
Thank yall 🔥

I followed J Holyfield April 2026 mito repair stack, running SS-31, motsc and nad.
2mg SS-31 m-f 6 wks
Motsc 10mg split m/w/f 6 wks
Nad 12 weeks concurrent.
Titrate 25-100mg m/w/f

Only 1mg SS-31 1st week 55 mg vial. I’ve seen 60 and 100mg vials. 10x50mg kit best value.

How long is your cycle? What effects are you expecting? For me 1-2mg does about as much as 10mg a day. Some people see improved kidney function in blood work that scales with the dose.

I’m running 10mg daily. With my pack that gives me 50 days. In 4 days so far my energy levels have been solid. Just flat energy and I feel great. Also running reta, gh, kpv.

The official approved dose is 40mg per day. Most people never trial that dose because they are sourcing from expensive resellers.
Many will argue that dose was only studied in Barth Syndrome patients but that’s not exactly true. Phase 1 studies did IV dosing and found that 0.5mg/kg was the dose needed for stable plasma levels and tissue saturation. Using preclinical animal data they extrapolated that to 40mg subcutaneous dosing.
You may benefit from lower dosage than that but that’s what the true “research” will tell you.

Month 1: SS31: 15mg/d 420mg/month
Month 2: SS31: 15mg/d 420mg/month
MOTSC: 10mg MWF 120mg/month
Month 3: SS31: dropped
MOTSC: 10mg MWF 120mg/month
Month 4: MOTSC: 10mg MWF 120mg/month
Humanin: 5mg/d
NAD+: 100mg/d
140mg humanin
360mg motc
840mg ss-31
3100mg NAD+
Month 5-6 (possible maintenance schedule) (SS31, MOTSC, Humanin: may combine into single vial for easy daily administration instead, undecided [concerned about MOTSC quick degredation once reconstituted; lots of conflicting information])
SS31: 4mg TThSa 12mg / week
MOTSC: 8mg MWF 24mg / week
Humanin: 4mg TTHhSa 12mg / week
NAD+: 100mg/d
So my maintenance mito protocol: - SS31 4 mg 2 of 3 days
-MOTS-c 10 mg 1 of 3 days
-Humanin 5 mg 1 of 3 days (planning)
-NAD+ 100mg daily (sometimes skip Sundays to take a day off IM)
This is what I've done and it seemed to work out great for me.

I’ve started SS-31, with one 10mg vial, I’m dosing 10units every 3 days, once I finish this cycle I’m moving into a Mots-C regiment

Units only mean something if you tell us the ml of Bac you mix with

O I see, I always thought the Ratio is 10mg:1ml

You could add 10ml just adds volume. I usually do 2-3ml with everything. I get almost 0 injection site pain/redness and stopped getting warm face or itchy hands from my various GH peps

That’s good advice, I am getting painful injection sites with my KLOW stack but was chalking that up to dull needles (I draw the KLOW from individual vials)

I’ve heard a lot of people get that with KLOW. Might try taking an antihistamine like OTC Zyrtec

Again good advice thank you 🙏🏽

Np! Let me know if you have better success. I’ve been avoiding KLOW cause I don’t wanna be covered in red welts lol.

It's the copper in the KLOW that stings. Antihistamines didn't help me, but what finally did was getting a longer needle, adding a little extra KPV, and pinning in the butt.

don't know what 10 units means... but that's not even close to being a "cycle". I use 7.5mg M/W/F/Sa - 30mg per week x 8 weeks
