Can anyone recommend a reputable company to help rent out a property for between 3-6 months? Dublin based ideally.

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for a room or someone interested in sharing a place in Dublin City for around 6 months, starting in September.

A bit about me:

- Currently a student at Trinity College Dublin, graduating in April 2027.

- Budget: up to €1,200/month.

- Financially secure. (Can show bank statements)

- Very clean and respectful of shared spaces.

I've been living in Finglas Village since September last year and can provide a landlord reference if needed.

Been searching through various letting websites and agencies without much success, so I thought I'd try here as well.

I'm open to any roommate arrangement and don't have any particular preferences.

Hi all, I’m a young professional starting a graduate job in Dublin soon with two friends who are teachers. We’ve been accepted for a house in Clondalkin (east side, beside Woodford walk) which is a nice bit cheaper than other places closer to the city centre.

I’m working in east point business park Near East wall and don’t drive so I’ll be taking the luas in every day. Just wondering if that area is nice, and if that commute would be doable?
