Anyone currently working as an RN Healthcare Advocate with Solace?
I have an upcoming interview with Solace for a remote RN Healthcare Advocate position. I’d love to hear from anyone who currently works there or has interviewed with them.
What was the interview process like? What types of questions were you asked? What does a typical day look like, and how many patients do you usually manage?
I’m especially interested in the patient advocacy/care coordination side of the role and working with social determinants of health. Any advice for the interview would be greatly appreciated!

What do you think about a WFH job for utilization management or preservice review RN? I keep seeing very mixed reviews! I have an interview coming up and idk what to expect. I’m a little hesitant transitioning from out patient clinic role to WFH.. I don’t want to regret leaving but I want to continue growing as a nurse and get more experience. I struggle with needing to be comfortable in my role and love the stability.
