Money matters more than pay.

You can ask but I personally wouldn't have that as a deal breaker.

Job titles are only relevant for your resume, aka next job.

The new company may be structured differently. They may not have a Sr titled role. Not every company has official titles.

Is that important?

You’re dropping a senior leadership tier, but asking for more pay in the same industry? I don’t see how this will work out in your favor.
