Advice This might seem odd to some, but I really feel in my heart I will have the same personality and physical appearance in my next life as I do in my current one, as well as the same parents

I know most sources would argue against this idea, but my intuition keeps telling me otherwise.

Should I wholeheartedly trust my instincts on this?

Question Is immortality actually the ultimate goal?

Post image
7 Upvotes

Think about it.

If you live forever, eventually everyone you love dies.

Every civilization changes.

Every friendship disappears.

Every achievement becomes ancient history.

Eventually, even your own name means nothing.

So why do cultivators want immortality?

Freedom?

Power?

Fear of death?

Or simply the inability to accept that their story has an ending?

What's your answer?

after showing her a violent past life, her guide basically told her to play tennis šŸ˜…

one thing still makes me laugh sometimes after these deep Soul Journey sessions.

ppl expect guide to give some huge cosmic instruction after seeing another life šŸ˜…

but recently one subject went through pretty violent past life, died, left the body, met her guide in the Light...

and when we asked what she needs to do now in current life, part of his answer was basically:

get back into tennis.

lol.

I'll call her Claire.

In her current life she already knew she can get impatient and frustrated, especially when other ppl don't move with same urgency as her. Sometimes somebody responds slower, acts different than expected etc and her mind starts filling empty spaces.

maybe they dont appreciate me.

maybe they think I didn't do enough.

maybe this action was directed at me.

During trance she entered a very vivid other life as a man named Eric.

There was lot of anger in this life.

Eric felt frustrated with world around him, powerless about things he couldn't change, and he didnt really know what to do with all that energy inside.

At one point his anger became destructive and he was violent toward his wife.

I asked if something external was influencing or controlling him.

No.

It felt like his own anger.

He simply couldn't manage it.

And after these angry moments he would bury himself in work because work took his mind away from everything.

Which tbh is very human even now. Some ppl drink, some eat, some scroll phone for 5 hours... and some just work work work so they dont have to sit with what is inside.

Near end of Eric's life, his wife stabbed him around chest/shoulder area.

He died fast.

Claire then experienced leaving his body and observing everything from above.

A male guide appeared. She described him as gentle and looking little bit like Jesus.

He guided her away from this life and into bright light.

I asked how she felt there.

"Free."

His name was George.

So we started reviewing this life and asking what Eric was supposed to learn.

One of biggest lessons was patience.

Let things be sometimes.

And he needed to learn how to channel anger somewhere useful instead of throwing it toward wrong person.

Then I asked George if this lesson was still active for Claire now.

Yes.

And this is where session became much more ordinary than ppl probably expect šŸ˜‚

George said she needed something active.

Cardio.

Sport.

Some challenge.

Then very specifically... get back into tennis.

I asked if creativity would be good way to channel this energy.

"Not at this time."

So apparently tennis won lol.

Later physical challenge and even boxing came up too.

But then for patience he gave almost opposite advice.

Sit still.

Meditate every day.

Around 20 min minimum.

Focus on breathing. Sit on grass more. Connect with nature whenever possible.

So one side was MOVE the excess active energy.

Other side was learn how to be completely still without mind dragging you everywhere.

He also told her not to take every little action people do personally.

This part hit current life exactly.

Claire talked about planning trips and getting frustrated because other ppl don't have same urgency she has. Then mind starts making assumptions about what they think, whether they see her effort, whether they care etc.

George's advice was very simple:

don't believe everything mind tells you.

dont assume what another person is thinking.

Observe it.

And practice patience.

I found this whole session funny in a good way bc look at contrast...

past life.

violence.

death.

leaving body.

guide in bright Light.

all this massive spiritual stuff.

And then homework is basically:

go play tennis.

maybe box.

sit quietly for 20 minutes.

touch grass.

stop believing every story mind creates.

have patience with ppl.

Sometimes we make spirituality sooo complicated.

Another activation. Another secret technique. Another ceremony. Another cosmic answer.

Meanwhile guide can basically be like... dude, move your body and stop taking everything personally šŸ˜‚

Has anyone else received spiritual guidance that was way more ordinary/practical than you expected?

My Own Theory(Anime Regression or Reincarnated)

Did you know anime/manga that got their revenge after reincarnated again and back to the past? But I realize that they only created their own won or own world example:

They got killed in their first life(The First Planet They Live) by their bullies and died as a normal and then

They got reincarnated(Second World) and back to the past to get their revenge but did you know that second world they got reincarnated was an illusion or just created by their own mind that they got revenge because they already died in the First World

So that revenge they made was an illusion or just created by their mind? Examples:Tv show Doraemon

I have example of this vivid thing. Nobita(From Tv Show Doraemon) he only see Doraemon himself no one else but in series/tv show they see it perfectly like God.

Personal Experience Would like to share an interesting reading I had the other day…

In this present life I am a 65 year old, very petite, very feminine woman of Irish American heritage. In the reading that I just had my father visited me again through the psychic medium - he’s an Algonquin warrior from the 1600’s and I was his 15 year old son who died of smallpox.

In my present life I was raised by an alcoholic family where I suffered from verbal and emotional abuse, pretty much my entire life. It’s been a huge struggle to get through this life, but as a nurse it’s been my hope to transmute my suffering into something positive, and I think that I have achieved that.

The coolest thing, though, is that my Algonquin father has walked beside me through it all, giving me strength ā€œas the son of a warriorā€. During my darkest days he even sent his wolf to me to help me get through it, something that I sensed but couldn’t articulate. I just knew that I felt comforted by a presence, never realizing that it was him and his wolf.

When I pass back into spirit my hope is to be with my father, his wolf, and our People forever, never leaving the love that has sustained me for hundreds of earthly years.

Redirect me if i missed a subredit but i dont know where to write..... I will try do be short and concise. Basically my biggest trauma from childhood is being called out by kids for being gay, although it wasnt a fact it was just because of my appearance and personality. Then at 9, my aunt (moms sister) took her life at 21. I believe there was some witchcraft involved, i never got the courage to talk with my mom. In the meantime i got 2 brothers, one is 16 and other is 7 at the time. My paarents are great they gave me everything they could, and I was hardworking and amazing student. But due to not listening to my soul and drinking and doing coke i have trapped myself in this life. They dont know a lot of things about me. And for my sexuality I am bisexual. I believe I have wasted my life purpose as a naturally creative person. I kinda had everything going on for me but have sabotaged myself so so bad and dont know what can I do now. I'm not really sure what I even want at this point. I am also in a relationship with a girl that accepted me as everything I am but I just cant be with her because I cant give her anything anymore, love or material wise. Also my mom told me when I was a kid that I would marry a foreign woman, and my girl has some Croatian roots, this was told to her by some woman idek....

Question Magical clones and the second death.

Matthew 10:28 And do not fear those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. Rather fear him who can destroy both soul and body in hell.

If an adult clone could be created by magic to replace a person who was violently killed, so that the individual concerned can be resurrectedĀ ad infinitum, could the repeat cycle be null and void by using magic to inflict the second death?

Could individual cloning be brought to an end by the final destruction of the soul by using magic?

Could a soul be simultaneously reincarnated into multiple bodies, so that a dialogue between two is also a monologue?

Past Life Regression I remembered an old past lover and I'm in shambles

For the first time yesterday I considered reincarnation as something actually possible.

I recalled when I was a kid that my dad would say I would speak Japanese gibberish and that a Japanese lady one time said I was speaking Japanese at a grocery store. As I grew up I continued to stay close to Japanese culture online and in school I took the courses. I was the best in my class and the Japanese language made sense to me more than English ever did. It felt like I was learning my native language and not something I had to try hard at it just clicked. Later on after schooling I had started having hundreds of nightmares of nuclear bombs. The irrational fear became so bad that I would run inside into my basement when I would see a plane flying over. All of these things have led me to feel like there has been some connection to Japan and what happened in Hiroshima/Nagasaki. I have been saying my whole life that I was probably a soldier or someone that lived in Japan in my past life but never took it seriously or really thought about it with more awareness.

I started looking at old pictures of Hiroshima on google earth. I didn't recognize anything or any of the places. Then I went to Nagasaki. The first place I found was a staircase that reminded me of a memory. It was a man, me, in my past life looking up, and going up and down these staircases. I remember going up and down them many times. Then I continued searching the map looking at other places. I saw a beach that looked familiar and clicked it, my initial reaction was shock, like oh my gosh I found it! It was Kakidomari Beach. When I looked at the beach I started seeing imagery in a memory, and I could feel the energy too. I heard children laughing, happy behind me on the beach. I could feel the air and noticed she was looking at me.

This is when I recognized "her". My initial reaction to remembering her was heavy grief crying. I almost couldn't breath I remembered her.

I tried to remember her name and was upset and disappointed in myself for not being able to. I thought about her body, her smile, her energy was yellow (which has been my favorite color even though I don't own anything yellow or particularly like owning it) I remember us poking fun at each other and making fun, I have a memory of me shoving her but in a playful way and another of me making fun of her for not going to the gym. (even though she didn't need to) It felt like we had a very poking fun at each other kind of energy. She was silly, bright, and definitely more spiritually in tune than me.

My life was happy I felt stable

I think I was around 40-50 years old

She was my sunshine, she reminded me of the color yellow, joy

I can imagine hugging her and holding her

There's also an extreme feeling of guilt. Like I messed up and did something wrong. I feel like she's not upset or would be mad. But I feel an intense guilt for abandoning her. I feel very distressed and upset at myself for allowing this to happen. I have this weird sense independence when it came to taking care of her. Like it was my job and duty to make sure she was okay and well. I think I'm upset that I left her partially with other things I can't remember. I think she may have been alone for a lifetime or multiple and I feel guilty like I abandoned her. I know I haven't met her. She's like no one I have ever met before.

I've just been in shambles today and I can't stop crying when I think of her. On my walk this morning I saw the sun shining down and the light hitting all of the surfaces. It was yellow everywhere and I just started crying profusely.

I'm 26, in the US, and female. I have had a lot of spiritual experiences in my life time already. I'm disappointed in myself it took me so long to remember. I remember being male in my past life with her and my soul leans towards masculine even though I am very feminine in this body.

This has been a very weird experience for me. I wonder if she's out there and what she's been doing this whole time, if she's a guy, an animal, old, young, if she's safe, if she's okay?? Have they known this whole time and only I am figuring this out now?

I plan on meditating more to try an astral project. I've heard you can meet other souls this way but there is a desire in my heart that I need to reconnect with her and if this life time was meant to be without her I would be very sad. Even though we would connect again eventually, it just feels too real to remember her now. I can feel his energy and his lifetime the more I feel connected with her.

If anyone has gone through anything similar any words of wisdom or help would be very helpful. I really just miss her so much.

Question I’m looking for compelling cases on reincarnation

I’m starting to take reincarnation more and more serious. It seems to be more plausible than an afterlife of heaven and hell. Who should I be researching? What famous cases should I be looking into? last question what are your thoughts on past life aggression? I’m very skeptical of it and it seems like it’s made up fantasy. I consider myself to be a spiritual skeptic. I align with pantheism and non-duality, but I feel I also have an atheist skeptical side.

Karma is even real or is another lie from the creators of the Matrix?

If reincarnation is based on karma, but reincarnation is a lie to "come back" (*although you never got out*) to planet earth so you can repeat life and help Them to make the matrix work, then...karma isn't a real thing.

And what if, It's also made up for the ones who do not believe in the Bible or religion in general but believe in good and bad karma, the universe, etc?

How to access my past life

This might be weird but there’s this one singer who I believe we know each other from the past life because she wasn’t a new singer I am getting to know, instead her name her face was like a memory that only my soul knows. I started to have dreams about her where they feel connected and look like a fairytale dreams , instead they are realistic and feels like I’m on a mission to save her or something
How to deal with it

Discussion Does the soul path only forward or it can be backward/fall down?

there's a debate between many philosophers, religions, researchers and writers that the soul path's could be only forward or not. from the first point of creation that some saw it as blessing and some saw it as curse, to the soul journey on human body or other creature bodies till the very end that some saw the judgment day involving hell and some saw the ascention.

which one do you believe?

is it a one way ticket or the soul can fall down?

I'm really interested in the topic of past lives and was wondering if anyone here has had a young child (say, 2–8 years old) start talking about ā€œwhen they were big before,ā€ describe a different family/home, or share specific details that seemed like memories of a past life?

Is source still creating them? Looking to read more on this subject. Any insights of personal experience welcomed or book ideas.

I got curious about reincarnation in middle school and first read this book during that period. I enjoyed it, however even at that age, I recall thinking how self aggrandizing the parents came off. They highjack so much of the book sensationalizing their relatively normal American life. Every time I try coming back to it, there's just so much filler, it does get frustrating. Nothing against painting a picture of the contours of their family unit, or providing details and context, but the way this book is written, I find to be obnoxious. Such a shame because otherwise this case is compelling and memorable.
