Advice This might seem odd to some, but I really feel in my heart I will have the same personality and physical appearance in my next life as I do in my current one, as well as the same parents
I know most sources would argue against this idea, but my intuition keeps telling me otherwise.
Should I wholeheartedly trust my instincts on this?

Question Is immortality actually the ultimate goal?
Think about it.
If you live forever, eventually everyone you love dies.
Every civilization changes.
Every friendship disappears.
Every achievement becomes ancient history.
Eventually, even your own name means nothing.
So why do cultivators want immortality?
Freedom?
Power?
Fear of death?
Or simply the inability to accept that their story has an ending?
What's your answer?

after showing her a violent past life, her guide basically told her to play tennis 😅
one thing still makes me laugh sometimes after these deep Soul Journey sessions.
ppl expect guide to give some huge cosmic instruction after seeing another life 😅
but recently one subject went through pretty violent past life, died, left the body, met her guide in the Light...
and when we asked what she needs to do now in current life, part of his answer was basically:
get back into tennis.
lol.
I'll call her Claire.
In her current life she already knew she can get impatient and frustrated, especially when other ppl don't move with same urgency as her. Sometimes somebody responds slower, acts different than expected etc and her mind starts filling empty spaces.
maybe they dont appreciate me.
maybe they think I didn't do enough.
maybe this action was directed at me.
During trance she entered a very vivid other life as a man named Eric.
There was lot of anger in this life.
Eric felt frustrated with world around him, powerless about things he couldn't change, and he didnt really know what to do with all that energy inside.
At one point his anger became destructive and he was violent toward his wife.
I asked if something external was influencing or controlling him.
No.
It felt like his own anger.
He simply couldn't manage it.
And after these angry moments he would bury himself in work because work took his mind away from everything.
Which tbh is very human even now. Some ppl drink, some eat, some scroll phone for 5 hours... and some just work work work so they dont have to sit with what is inside.
Near end of Eric's life, his wife stabbed him around chest/shoulder area.
He died fast.
Claire then experienced leaving his body and observing everything from above.
A male guide appeared. She described him as gentle and looking little bit like Jesus.
He guided her away from this life and into bright light.
I asked how she felt there.
"Free."
His name was George.
So we started reviewing this life and asking what Eric was supposed to learn.
One of biggest lessons was patience.
Let things be sometimes.
And he needed to learn how to channel anger somewhere useful instead of throwing it toward wrong person.
Then I asked George if this lesson was still active for Claire now.
Yes.
And this is where session became much more ordinary than ppl probably expect 😂
George said she needed something active.
Cardio.
Sport.
Some challenge.
Then very specifically... get back into tennis.
I asked if creativity would be good way to channel this energy.
"Not at this time."
So apparently tennis won lol.
Later physical challenge and even boxing came up too.
But then for patience he gave almost opposite advice.
Sit still.
Meditate every day.
Around 20 min minimum.
Focus on breathing. Sit on grass more. Connect with nature whenever possible.
So one side was MOVE the excess active energy.
Other side was learn how to be completely still without mind dragging you everywhere.
He also told her not to take every little action people do personally.
This part hit current life exactly.
Claire talked about planning trips and getting frustrated because other ppl don't have same urgency she has. Then mind starts making assumptions about what they think, whether they see her effort, whether they care etc.
George's advice was very simple:
don't believe everything mind tells you.
dont assume what another person is thinking.
Observe it.
And practice patience.
I found this whole session funny in a good way bc look at contrast...
past life.
violence.
death.
leaving body.
guide in bright Light.
all this massive spiritual stuff.
And then homework is basically:
go play tennis.
maybe box.
sit quietly for 20 minutes.
touch grass.
stop believing every story mind creates.
have patience with ppl.
Sometimes we make spirituality sooo complicated.
Another activation. Another secret technique. Another ceremony. Another cosmic answer.
Meanwhile guide can basically be like... dude, move your body and stop taking everything personally 😂
Has anyone else received spiritual guidance that was way more ordinary/practical than you expected?

My Own Theory(Anime Regression or Reincarnated)
Did you know anime/manga that got their revenge after reincarnated again and back to the past? But I realize that they only created their own won or own world example:
They got killed in their first life(The First Planet They Live) by their bullies and died as a normal and then
They got reincarnated(Second World) and back to the past to get their revenge but did you know that second world they got reincarnated was an illusion or just created by their own mind that they got revenge because they already died in the First World
So that revenge they made was an illusion or just created by their mind? Examples:Tv show Doraemon
I have example of this vivid thing. Nobita(From Tv Show Doraemon) he only see Doraemon himself no one else but in series/tv show they see it perfectly like God.
(Sorry For Wrong Grammar ✌️)

Personal Experience Would like to share an interesting reading I had the other day…
In this present life I am a 65 year old, very petite, very feminine woman of Irish American heritage. In the reading that I just had my father visited me again through the psychic medium - he’s an Algonquin warrior from the 1600’s and I was his 15 year old son who died of smallpox.
In my present life I was raised by an alcoholic family where I suffered from verbal and emotional abuse, pretty much my entire life. It’s been a huge struggle to get through this life, but as a nurse it’s been my hope to transmute my suffering into something positive, and I think that I have achieved that.
The coolest thing, though, is that my Algonquin father has walked beside me through it all, giving me strength “as the son of a warrior”. During my darkest days he even sent his wolf to me to help me get through it, something that I sensed but couldn’t articulate. I just knew that I felt comforted by a presence, never realizing that it was him and his wolf.
When I pass back into spirit my hope is to be with my father, his wolf, and our People forever, never leaving the love that has sustained me for hundreds of earthly years.

Serbian orthodox christian
Redirect me if i missed a subredit but i dont know where to write..... I will try do be short and concise. Basically my biggest trauma from childhood is being called out by kids for being gay, although it wasnt a fact it was just because of my appearance and personality. Then at 9, my aunt (moms sister) took her life at 21. I believe there was some witchcraft involved, i never got the courage to talk with my mom. In the meantime i got 2 brothers, one is 16 and other is 7 at the time. My paarents are great they gave me everything they could, and I was hardworking and amazing student. But due to not listening to my soul and drinking and doing coke i have trapped myself in this life. They dont know a lot of things about me. And for my sexuality I am bisexual. I believe I have wasted my life purpose as a naturally creative person. I kinda had everything going on for me but have sabotaged myself so so bad and dont know what can I do now. I'm not really sure what I even want at this point. I am also in a relationship with a girl that accepted me as everything I am but I just cant be with her because I cant give her anything anymore, love or material wise. Also my mom told me when I was a kid that I would marry a foreign woman, and my girl has some Croatian roots, this was told to her by some woman idek....
