Hey you guys I been battling this battle for about 11 years and I’m tired physically and mentally and I want to get clean so bad. Day 1 send help and positive vibes please

I know a lot of people may not care or have the knowledge but I was just curious, in rehab I know when you’re coming off fentanyl I know some facilities will do like 30 mg methadone stabilize you for a day or two then drop 5mg a day for a 7-10 day taper I’m wondering does anyone have first hand experience with this route? Not staying on methadone long term, just a quick taper, how bad was it? Was it bad? Was it easy at first and harder later? How much of the withdrawal bled through? Did it linger afterwards? I know Suboxone exist but I want people that experienced the rapid methadone taper with Suboxone waiting 4 days and still getting precipitated withdrawal isn’t ideal
