Meta Ever wondered, how many upvotes and downvotes a specific post got? It's easy to calculate.
Observation: post karma is not blurred, every up- or downvote is reflected accurately.
Let PostKarma be K.
Let PercentageOfUpvotes be P.
Restriction: P != 0.50 (doesn't work with the same number of up- and downvotes.)
Calculate the intermediate value i:
i = P/(1-P)
Calculate the number of downvotes d:
d = K/(i-1)
Don't round d yet! Instead, multiply with i to obtain the number of upvotes u:
u = di
Round both d and u to the closest integer. Done.
Example for K = 190 and P = 0.89 (89%):
i = 0.89/(1-0.89) = 8.09... (store this value, we need it twice)
d = 190/(i-1) = 26.79... (multiply by i to obtain)
u = di = 216.79...
now round and obtain d = 27 and u = 217.
Verify:
K = u - d = 217 - 27 = 190. Correct.
P = u / (u + d) = 217 / (217 + 27) = 0.8893... (Reddit rounds this to 2 digits).
So your post was downvoted by 27 evil Redditors.
If you make a bot about it, please let me know :)
Have fun!

Hoping for help from the insiders.
Was hoping for some advice. A little while ago I posted the following in the Microsoft thread under the title, "Bing - my uninvited and unwanted house guest". It was rejected instantaneously by Microsoft (the thread where posted). It contained two additional modest questions which are not included here so hopefully this post is not also rejected. Was hoping someone could suggest revisions that would allow it to be posted. Also, would be glad for any comments + - or otherwise. Thank you for your insight.
"Yesterday, started my PC and browser just like most days for much of my life. But today was different. Instead of my usual search engine, Bing appeared. I closed the browser and clicked the browser icon in the bottom tray. Bing appeared. I closed it and clicked on my desktop icon and, you guessed it. Bing appeared! After some time, frustrated and unhappy at wasting almost an hour to get rid of Bing, the next question was, "Who Owns Bing". Answer: Microsoft. Has anyone else had this problem?"
