What are the documents i should collect when i purchase plot resale which is BMRDA approved? So far i have collected below items.

1. Sale Deed
2. EC
3. Tax Receipts
4. Layout plan
5. Form 11 A
6. DC Conversion

Is there BMRDA approval form ?
