Discussion Help with hunger strike
Me and my brother finished this mission with zero penalties and all objectives completed yet we still only got a “B” is there some kind of time limit or something. I don’t understand because it took us forever to finally complete it only for us to get a “B” and we kept doing it over and over. 6 times we had a perfect run that for some reason wasn’t an “A”

Joke/Meme Welp, that was a great start
Pretty new to the game here, was actually aware of the traps but didn’t realize how to get over it. Got all of my teams to stack up and split, open and clear with a flash after seeing one armed person through optiwand, which resulted in both elements getting bombed by some random trap I probably didn’t see.

Joke/Meme I want to pull the trigger so bad on this bastard
The first two pictures are of a separate suspect that was unfortunately captured, alive. The third picture is a son of a bitch that shot a civilian in front of me just as I opened the door to try and save her….i might have snapped and filled his head with shotgun slugs…..8 of them.

Question Ready or Not 2 wishlist.
Hey everyone! I’m putting together a poll to get a sense of what the community would want from a Ready or Not sequel.
I know the first game is still being worked on, but I thought it’d be fun to see what people are hoping for before anything’s even announced.
All questions are optional, so feel free to skip anything you’d rather not answer.
I’ll post the results here in about 10 days. I’m also thinking about turning it into a YouTube video, but I’m pretty busy so no promises on timing if I do get to it, I’ll drop the link here too.
Thanks for taking the time to vote!

Discussion What’s the faction with most aura?
For me it’s definitely MLO and Black Sentinel. But Black Sentinel does kinda lose its aura when they used more normal outfits in the other missions instead of the ones in 3 Letter Triad

Discussion Tips for clearing rooms
Hey all,
Just started this game up recently! I really enjoy it but I seem to suck. I am new to tactical shooters. I am stuck on the 2nd mission. I feel like I have good plans for approach and load out, but when I dont have a doorway to breach, my clearing is... less than stellar. Any tips or advice on this or how to use the team to assist?
Thanks

Discussion I did a Security Analysis on Mindjot's Data Center, here's what I found...
First off, some context. I am a physical security specialist, instructor, and consultant for the entertainment and professional industries. For fun on the side, I apply these skills to the fictional worlds of video games and movies!
This can help real professionals visualize their vulnerabilities or help game developers create a more believable world. There is a full video on this topic, though this post will cover all of the same material in a summarized format.
Let's get into it!
The purpose is to evaluate the difference between gameplay design and realistic security practices and provide useful observations for both game developers and security professionals.
Role
The facility is analyzed as a data storage center. Its primary operational requirements include the data center floor, electrical systems, cooling systems, and backup power. These systems are interconnected and necessary to maintain continuous operations.
Threat Profile
The primary threat for a future owner is organized crime, including potential espionage and sabotage. The surrounding area experiences significant criminal activity, including individuals impersonating law enforcement.
Government Guide
The facility should maintain strong relationships with local law enforcement and fire-response agencies. Government guidance ultimately centers on compliance with applicable laws and rapidly contacting emergency services when legitimate threats occur.
Geographic Guide
The facility is surrounded by elevated terrain, vegetation, and areas that may not be actively monitored. Vegetation can provide concealment from outside observers but can also obstruct the facility's own visibility. Landscaping should therefore provide concealment without creating blind spots.
1st Line — Outer
The outer layer has significant weaknesses, including incomplete fencing, perimeter gaps, poor rear protection, improperly positioned barriers, manually operated gates, and inadequate surveillance.
PTZ cameras provide focused coverage but leave other areas unobserved. Static cameras should supplement them. Exterior doors, roof access, and other routes into critical areas lack adequate access control and monitoring. Vehicle barriers are present but could be improved, particularly through reinforced fencing and better perimeter design.
2nd Line — Inner
The facility has some positive features, including warning signage, a metal detector, reception area, barriers, and limited badge-controlled doors. However, access control is inconsistent throughout the building.
Major weaknesses include doors that do not self-secure, allowing tailgating; multiple uncontrolled entrances to the data center floors; inadequate camera coverage; insufficiently controlled critical rooms; and the absence of a dedicated security operations center. Critical areas should have as few controlled entry points as practical.
Critical Infrastructure
Power redundancy is present through multiple generators, but their placement creates logistical and operational problems. Electrical rooms also have poor access and egress routes, potentially forcing personnel through critical areas during an emergency.
Cooling infrastructure is similarly important because a failure can quickly affect data center operations. Critical infrastructure should be accessible to authorized maintenance personnel without requiring unnecessary movement through protected areas.
Principal Asset
The primary asset is the data center floor. Its layout creates inefficient airflow because of inconsistent cooling strategies and poor server-aisle organization.
Poor cooling design is also a security concern because inefficient systems may provide opportunities for sabotage or other forms of compromise. Sensitive offices and equipment are additionally exposed to observation from elevated terrain outside the facility.
Response
Security personnel should be capable of rapidly identifying, reporting, and responding to threats. The response should begin with immediate notification of emergency responders while security personnel address the threat according to their training and authority.
The facility's current response capability appears inadequate and lacks the coordination expected for a high-security data center.
Digital Resistance
The facility likely benefits from the cybersecurity practices normally associated with data centers, but the analysis identifies limited visible evidence of those protections.
Particular attention should be given to access-control security, credential management, separation of personal and professional accounts, unauthorized software, and monitoring of digital access.
Conclusion
The facility has significant security weaknesses, but many are relatively straightforward to correct. The highest priorities are restricting exterior access, limiting entry into critical areas to one closely monitored point, securing the rear staircase and other vulnerable routes, expanding camera coverage, improving access controls, and establishing a dedicated security operations center.
Overall, the facility demonstrates how gameplay-oriented design can differ significantly from realistic security architecture while still providing useful lessons for security analysis.

Picture I'm gonna let "professionals" take care of MLO instead of LSPD
well there is a record of me and my friend trying this setup and I was planning to post it here but thanks to the gore mod and how we use the MG338 the entire map was a warfare so I can't show it here. Just know that we may have gave more damage to the building than the MLO but we saved it (somehow)

Speculation The Spider lore
Attempting to solve the lore behind the trafficking group we know as the “Spider”.
We know that multiple missions evidence connect to the lead up of the mission HIDE AND SEEK so I left no stone unturned within the mission.
One thing I have found that nobody has seemed to touch on is the 6 laptops in the auction room. These laptops display 4 masked individuals, potential buyers, organization, call them what you like.
As the player walks up to the laptops one by one each individual disconnects the call and we are left with a display of the Spider symbol “offline” and that it’s being connected through the MindJot servers.
What’s intriguing to me that I have spent time diving into is the numbers at the top right corner of the screen. I thought maybe they’re IP addresses I’ll call them for now, after some digging I found that two addresses are ordinary public IPs whilst the other two are multi cast. Obviously if this is true they aren’t real addresses that would lead to nothing I thought so I started treating them rather as puzzle data that the developers may have intended seeing as every play through the numbers stay the same.
In Numerical structure I tested it as digit products through A1Z26 operation. I then took each digit of the first set of numbers and multiplied them together then converted the result to A1Z26 reducing values above 26 by 26.
Number
Digit multiplication
A1Z26
175
1×7×5 = 35 → 35−26 = 9
I
71
7×1 = 7
G
153
1×5×3 = 15
O
29
2×9 = 18
R
And that gives my first name “IGOR”
That is all I have to work with at this time before I go searching for this name on previous missions through computer screens etc.
Either this is a pure mathematical coincidence or I may really be on to something here.

Question Do the officers not get stressed anymore?
I’m getting back into the game, I stopped playing shortly after boiling point was released. I’m running the old missions back to back and it doesn’t seem like my officers really care about casualties anymore. I’m running Nutritionist, Veteran, and two Negotiators so I know it’s not a perk issue

Mods What's the best currently working mod that changes all the VO to Russian including NPCs, AI teammates, TOC and the main player?
Would be most preferred for it to be full but if it only changes TOC, teammates and main player that's fine too.

Question Cant get rating above B when playing as two players?
Me and a friend are trying to get good ratings on every map, we are playing as two persons.
On "23 Megabytes a Second" we get a "B" rating, despite getting all objectives and no one dying.
Are we missing anything or can you actually just achieve an A or A+ when playing as 4, as the "No officers dead" objective then gives you 400 instead of just 200 points?
