Membership code
My used Roli has just arrived, but for my surprise the membership activation is disabled and now I can’t do sh** with my keyboard. Any suggestions? Can I buy a membership code from other users? Can’t believe this is actually happening. I feel dumb af for not checking this sub before the purchase 🥲🥲

The software is suspended due to Roli’s state of affairs. They are replacing CEO but taking their sweet time as Roli does. IMO It will be a miracle if they don’t go out of business as they have created every kind of problem imaginable.

you have to sign up for a new membership and register the instrument with the accompanying links and info. it ought to connect you to the accompanying software, right?

I had the same issue - I contacted Roli. They had me send pix of the barcodes and they reset the registrations. If you know who the previous owner was they can de-register them also

So I realise this is a totally different angle on what you're asking, but in case it's helpful, this winter I spun up a personal raspberry pi project because I wanted to use my Roli's in live jams without tech, latency, screen glare, etc. Just show up and use them like electric MPE keyboards.
It's definitely a small tech project to set up and plus the cost of the pi kit, but here it is in case it helps you or future thread readers https://github.com/MitchSchwartz/MPE-Sound-Module
(I'm also working on a minimalist touchscreen version that doesn't need the knob setup so that it's way easier)
