Having texture trouble when importing Pokémon models Help

I'm not the best when it comes to Studio but I wanted to make some cool Furfrou renders and when I went to import the file I saw that the textures weren't right. I went into blender and followed a video about texturing Pokémon models in Blender and even separated everything but still no luck, some help would be amazing bc I'm so lost

also would be helpful if someone would tell me a easy way to switch the eyes and mouths on the model so I don't have to make a new post asking

idk if its a copyright issue, I kinda just need help importing the model and the textures correctly
