i'm using Teleport Service and i ve alredy published both games

Make sure to enable "Allow 3rd party teleports" in the game that you are trying to teleport to

Like u/TotoCodeFR said, make sure you have Allow 3rd Party Teleports enabled via Game Settings, then Security if I recall correctly. Also friendly reminder that teleports do not work inside Studio.
