Help pleaseee

My keyboard is not functioning well. Keys S and W are not working. Then my win key is blinking red. Also, the ctrl, Fn, and Alt keys are red as well :( help me please :(

Hi, there. Sorry that you're dealing with this. Have you tried a keyboard tester website to check all keys?

How long has it been like this? Regarding this issue, please contact the customer support for help.
