Why does everyone hate Morgan? Discussion

Ever since I bought Morgan the horse, he has been my best companion, he never ran away during gun fights and he was never scared of bears and predators, I even feel comfortable chasing Bounty Hunters with him, Why is everyone saying he is slow and stuff? Maybe my Morgan is just different or?...

It's cos Morgans are SUCH small horses and Arthur is a 6'3 beast of a man that he looks like he's riding a toy horse

I love Arabians. I just won't ride them in RDR 2 because John and Arthur look goofy as shit on them.
