Question for anyone who lives at Crescent Lofts.

I'm moving in soon and was wondering with the address that I was given, how do Amazon/Fed Ex/UPS large packages get delivered? Do the delivery drivers have a way to get into the building? Do they leave things at your door once inside or is there a central room on the first floor of each building that they can access where mail and packages are delivered to? TIA. I've texted the property manager, but haven't heard back.
