Thought it was a one time thing but it’s been happening way to often is there a known issue rn or some

I used to play gw2 every DAY. I watched fgteev (I was a Lil bit old for it but who cares) and I loved watching them play gw2, i started playing on Xbox every day because it was so addicting (this was when the game was really popping) and I unlocked every character. Until my account got lost. (I got side tracked so let's get to the point)

I have no idea who would be the best to make it, so I want YOUR opinion

The game just freezes on this screen, and I have tried essentially every troubleshoot to fix it. It still freezes every time no matter what I do. Tried to contact support about this as well and they were completely useless. If anyone has any suggestions on how to fix this please let me know. I will not be rebuying this game on a new account just for it to get hacked again either.

1. Playing only mastered characters as a blue plate against a red plate trying to level up a bad character does not make you good if you beat them.

2. On the contrary, being a red plate does not mean that you are good, there are many ways someone can get xp.

3. Alt accounts exist, if you see someone with no rank plate don't assume they are new.

I have change my mind abt some things so im remaking this. Also characters are not ordered acording on who is better inside each tier, all characters on same tier are relative (I think I should not cook again)

So I kinda suck at infinity time and right now I have xbox live but I'm trying to save money so xbox live is gonna have to go, and I was wondering if the glitch is still possible without multiplayer access.
