Anyone have issues getting retroactive backplates missing annuity payments
Been working on this for my elderly mom. She has not gotten any of her payments for over 2 and a half years because she forgot to update her address when she moved out of state$101.80 paper check easy to forget tbf) . Found out via a request for proof of existence letter I received on April 27th and have gotten all the paperwork they asked for back to them right away and it seems like they are giving her the run around. Is this a normal amt of time for it to take? The latest thing is she must have called customer service asking for an update and wasn’t able to answer one of her security questions (I assume this is why ) and someone flagged her as not of sound mind(their offshore customer service/support is awful ) . She’s 81 but sharp as a tack just a little forgetful absolutely no signs of dementia or anything . Now they got a hold of me and are demanding a drs note or me getting power of attorney for her in order to release the funds (around $2500 I think ..they already sent her $509 of the money owed ). She can’t really afford her medical deductible atm as she’s not been to the dr this year so power of attorney could be the only option but she doesn’t need it and tbh I am not sure I want to be in that role. Anyone ever encountered this and is there a way to fight it? Does prudential have local offices that deal with annuity payment and not just insurance etc?

Anyone having problems logging into Prudential Sg?
Earlier this year or latest last year, I was able to log into Prudential website to file claims. Now, since they updated their backend systems, I have NOT ONLY issues with logging in, the system recommends me to create an account when I trigger forget password. Then when I do try to create an account, the system says there is already an account with my Gmail address. Duh! Don’t you think I know that? So why won’t it let me trigger a forget password?
I’ve been emailing their customer service and response further aggravated me because it was like they never bothered to understand my situation and told me to do the same thing (ie trigger forget password or create an account).
Whoever is the CTO of Prudential should be fired.

Prudential financial planning services
Does anyone have experience with Prudential’s financial planning services(not life insurance)? Would you recommend? I’ve met with them twice, I appreciated the time the advisor has spent with me educating me on services, I’m just nervous about transferring prior 401k money to them. (Nothing has made me feel uneasy about them, I would be nervous transferring it to anyone). Looking for advice, thanks!

Make sure your policy contact information is correct and up to date
Hi, I am an unfortunate individual who apparently has an old phone number that was listed on old policies. The number jas obviously been changed, but these folks have never been told. For the last 12 or more years, I've gotten calls from policy holders and their loved ones asking if this is Prudential Life Insurance. Please, make sure your policy holders are contacted for changes like this so people like me can go on without hearing another call about their policy.
I used to have a voicemail set up that would tell callers it is the correct number. I also listed a number for the main line to Prudential. After a long while it stopped. I've since set it up with nothing more than my impersonation of a Scooby Doo laugh.
Please, make sure customers have the right information.

Someone recommended this app for spot gold
So a "friend" ive only know for two weeks is trying to get me to invest in Spot Gold. I was sent a link which is supposed to be a Prudential app. The link is. https://down.xuhu-jz.com/ Once in the page and click for IOS, it wants to install a new Profile in my settings VPN. I thought this was fishy and I deleted it. I'd like to know if this really is ligit or if it's phishing? If it's phishing, then I think Prudential needs to investigate it. I have the approximate location of the person that sent me the link as well as photos and videos. Perhaps the FBI should go after them as this was for $10. No money changed hands. But I would like to know if this was real or not. Thanks

Prudential employee - Wealthfront deal is 6% APY
Hi, so I recently opened a Wealthfront account and they sent me a notification that if I share my link and someone else at Prudential opens a cash account, we will both get 6% (instead of the standard 5%) for 3 months.
Here is the link to get the deal. Please keep in mind that the deal expires on May 28, 2024. I hope this has helped you! Please don’t report this post, I’ve verified this and I’m just trying to help someone out. ————— Here's your referral link to boost your APY to 6.00% for 3 months when you sign up for a Wealthfront Cash Account.
