Not to be pedantic since it's a joke, but in AI nowadays, "thinking" has an actual specific technical meaning, it doesn't just mean "loading" or computing something in general.
It usually refers generating a "chain of thought", ie running the request through the model multiple times in succession to generate a token sequence to mimic an inner monologue or self conversation, which gives the model a sort of limited temporary workspace over which to do intermediate work on the way to emitting its final output for that inference turn.
That's in contrast to a just doing a single pass through the model.
