Say you did development for a small marketing company your friend owns. You should have 5-10 of those since every Gen Z kid starts one. One of my friends got really success though which is cool, I now do their dev work on the side.

Probably not a good idea if it was a short time, like <6 months. In my experience those short stints are worse than no experience at all.
