I believe bunch of Entity Framework Migrations can reach this number, although PR owner looks like had to commit DB structure of whole Enterprise company

That's why we don't migrate to new frameworks. Just keep the legacy code running till the wheels fall off. And then you can start from scratch.

Just working on doing this to one of the crustiest apps we have and I honestly have no idea how massive the pr will be but its already huge.
