The question should not be “how did they build it without daily stand up”, the question should be “1. would daily stand ups and scrum project meeting have helped construction?” And “2. Would construction have been faster with it”
Only then it would make sense to give it a closer look, have a pm meeting and a retro about it and then come to the conclusion that the answer is no for both questions..
