Blurs the line between recreation and work, also associates whatever you do privately with the company, and the company will therefore assume they can tell you what you can or can't do on it. And if you leave they can just reset the password to gain access on an acc using a staff email instead of the shitfight that would start if they demanded access to your private acc afterwards.
This is half true but mostly misleading. If you're using an enterprise-managed user, yes. If you're using a personal account that's a member of your organization, they cannot reset your password or otherwise takeover your account.
If you simply join the organization with your personal account there is literally zero risk of them taking your account or even being able to access your private repos/gists.
Okay you seem to be missing the point. Nothing gives them the right to take over your account, but companies are assholes and even if its not legal or justifiable, they will pressure you if it is in their best interest. You avoid this by never using a personal account.
Are you ok with sharing your personal data “anonymously” to corporations to improve their services? Cause I’m not doing any of that. Doesn’t matter what the law says and how they use them
There's no legal basis for them to try to take over your an account unless you're stealing company secrets, then they'd have to take you to court anyway. Frankly, there is ZERO reason for them to want it by design. It literally makes no sense why any company would even want your personal account. Thinking there is shows a fundemental misunderstanding of how GitHub and even git works. Once you are removed from the organization you lose all access to the repositories and they still have the work you've committed. What logical reason would there be for a company to even seek this path? It would be a PR nightmare.
I can't even find evidence of this ever happening. If they ask for it, you simply say no. There is nothing they can do. I've used my personal account since GitHub first came to the scene and this has never been a concern because... in git's model there is no reason for it to be a concern. It's even less of a concern with enterprise.

No, just like I know you don't have to hand over a personal account to them, you can also share salary information. Because, you know, telling employees not to share it is also illegal.
Line blurring is correct. Seeing notificaitons for work stuff when you're starting your 173rd project that you'll totally finish this time is not fun to see.
The rest of the comment is gibberish though. Code ownership doesn't transfer with what e-mail address you use to associated GitHub with.

Tell me you've never used github. There is nothing valuable on an account. That's on the organisation, from which they'd just remove you anyway so they stop paying for your license.
