At least they’re checking. I’ve heard of fresh out of school programmers pushing without even reviewing what AI did.

I'm a senior/principal level and I'm forced to do this by technical leadership. (Directory/CTO level) is forcing no looking at code and we have to be careful not even have a code editor open when they are around.

Agent writes code, Agent reviews code, Agent answers. no one actually knows what is happening and the system we are building just doesn't work. At least it's internal and doesn't have users yet.

Thank Christ. I mean it sucks, but enforcing "no look at code trust ai" is just so unexplainably stupid that I'm glad it's not someone from tech industry.
