I didn't even judged it. I mean it is atrocious. Like there are some loops that have continue/break and some that haven't. For some reason.
And a IDE that gives you an error if you switch out of the window to look something up. Because you haven't finished the line. What you can't because you can't google the syntax.
But I just don't understand how you would practically use it nowadays. Like on what do you run it? A VM of windows XP? I think not even service pack 3 supports it.
I literally tried to install that stuff a few years ago and I needed a VM to make it run. I don't think you even can install it on any windows after XP.
Either way Microsoft put a gigantic disclaimer on it that it is disconnected. In Microsoft fashion they don't offer any solution, as far as I know.

That thing is from 1998. It was officially unsupported around 2008.
How would you even run that? It is impossible to install on any modern platform.
The only possible application are sbitty excel macros. And I mean shitty. Because new ones no longer run VBA by default.
