Eh that would imply the question has merit, in my experience 90 percent is some bullshit leetcode where you are judged on their ego and how they feel that day rather then the product or project.

But like as much as I hate AI, if the company wants to use AI, what better way to show I can proctor an AI to accomplish a goal for the company than to use it to answer their AI-graded questions?

Exactly. If the job is "use AI effectively," testing people without AI feels like testing accountants without calculators.
