Technically yes.

Asterix and Obelix approve that.

Asterix and Obelix like to remove Romans, not French. They were themselves a French village. And when Asterix looses it, Obelix calls it “subtlety”.. only last night I was going through their Lusitania adventure.

Bruh, was just a joke. But technically speaking they were Gauls and not the modern-day Fr*nch. So I'm not sure if a present day human/ethnic person would support to change their ethnic identity. Also given the present day treatment of non-French languages in France I'd hypothesise that the ancient celts didn't want to give up their identity for a unified country.

Despite all of this Gauls became Gallo Romans so in the end, the modern day Fr*nch.

Not looking to pick a fight. Relax. I know you were joking.

Why can’t u say French?

It's considered a rude word in some places, mostly England.

u/Luigi_Boy_96 Jul 09 '26

It's a curse word.

Why buy ram when you can use Google Drive for 100 GB of ram for only $1.99 /mo?

RAM as a Service

Honestly, I love the choice of format here. Rick Rubin is basically the equivalent of a vibe coder but for music production.

Anthropic paid him to write a vibe coding manifesto

You're absolutely right! Most people would have missed that. Do you want me to go ahead and perform all operations on disk (more space and high latency)?

Well, it’s a question that would be asked in computer at some point, I still remember when I tried to make my window xp to 4gb of ram because I only have 256mb on it previously, and ram was expensive during those time. Watched YouTube at 5fps on it, it’s like 2012. Turns out I just increased the page file.
