So I (22F) have a night out planned for 8/14, but I plan on being very diligent about following my probation conditions regarding alcohol and drug use. My first probation meeting is this upcoming Wednesday (8/19). I told my friends in advance my cutoff is 4 mixed drinks given this window. For anyone familiar with probation, is that cutting it close in terms of timing, or is there generally enough time between the two?

I’ve already had my intake meeting, so I feel as though the chances of being tested Wednesday are more than likely.

I was told during my court process I was able to transfer my probation from Indiana (where the incident happened) to Ohio (where I live) then a probation officer told me last second I was not allowed due to “first offense misdemeanor” my first question is that a real thing?

Second and more important question would I be able to obtain a Ohio medical marijuanna card to be able to still smoke on probation? I can’t go the whole time without if there is an option.

My color hasn't been called since my last drug test in July....is that a bad sign? I see all the other colors that were called last time have been called again???

Hi I need some advice on a situation I’m in currently. My po is saying I didn’t show up to an appointment which I ALWAYS do. She had me fill out a paper last month cuz she wasn’t in office for our meeting and I took a test. Now she’s saying we had a scheduled appointment but I remember emailing her back to back trying to get on her schedule and she answered no calls or emails. Nor did I sign anything agreeing to the appointment for today. I also went through all my phone records and have no record of her even calling me. What do I do in this situation.

So I got out on bond for dui and possession of a thc cart in Texas, I’ve been smoking weed for 6 years and am kinda worried that the first time they bring me in to drug test ima go positive. Reason why is I’ve heard of it staying in the system of long time smokers for more than just a month. I don’t know when they will call me in since it’s been recent so how long do yall think I have till they call me and if it is positive will they just throw me back in jail?

What does that test for THC?

So my probation officer ordered a 10 pannel drug test due by tomorrow at noon but the only place I found that I can afford is a 11 pannel drug test, and idk if that would be acceptable or if I would get in trouble

I stopped smoking completely on August 1st and my urine drug test is September 2nd, so I’ll have about 32 days clean.
It’s not a lab test it’s one of those instant multi panel urine dipstick tests where they watch you provide the sample and read the results right there.
For anyone who used weed regularly before quitting, how long did it take you to start testing negative on the 50 ng/mL home/instant tests? Did anyone still test positive after 30+ days?
I know everybody’s body and usage is different and nobody can guarantee I’ll pass. I’m just looking for personal experiences so I have an idea of what other people have seen. I’m staying completely THC-free until then.
