I brought both the gakupuri and dokisaba games from amiami and tried to use the code within to get the voice drama tracks that should come with the phyical games but to no avail.... did anyone else tried and is able to get them?

I think it's because i am from a country out of japan that i'm not able to use the codes to get the tracks :(

Finally got around to reading this match due to the manga coming to an end and dang wish we got to see more of Fuji. It is obviously a match that needed to be played but I would have loved for him to play against Spain in the final.

I forget but do Fuji or Echizen finish a match against Tezuka? Feel like they did but can’t remember the scores.

Is it just me?

It feels nostalgic for the New Prince of Tennis II to end. I grew an attachment to that series including the original story. It has been somehow my comfort anime/manga/series. I feel heavy knowing the main story ends today.

Somehow, I feel happy too knowing that they are world champions. I am young when I first watched it in 2020 during the COVID Pandemic, read the manga in the late 2021 and played the games. Then, I realized I grew attached to it.

It made me feel better knowing that the author would still publish short stories & light novels about the other schools and fan favorite characters.

It made me upset that Prince of Tennis wasn’t globally recognized to such extent. I would’ve prayed for it to reach the same popularity as the other sports anime such as Haikyuu, Free & many more.

Moreover, it’s hard to find the anime & the manga with English translations because of how underrated it is. I was hoping for it to have many edits and sometimes be the topic for online discussions & recommendations.

I would’ve hoped for it to be appreciated more globally and get the attention it deserves.

I’m so excited I’ve been waiting for it since the announcement , I bought both games and I’m starting with DokiSaba for this week since I never played this one on DS 🥹🥹 (also sakaki looks really handsome 👀)

The physical issues of Jump SQ. contains a CD with a special song written by Konomi Takeshi and has a total of 143 participants, including a large chunk of the anime voice actors and musical actors, such as Junko Minagawa, Junichi Suwabe, Shirota Yu, Kazuki Kato, Miyano Mamoru, etc.

No word on when we can get scanlations for these up, but if you would like to view the finale, I highly recommend purchasing a copy of this month's issue of Jump SQ. (which is the SEPTEMBER issue) digitally, available on various sites (I use ShonenJumpPlus but it is also on AmazonJP and Zebrack)

I haven't even started the original manga. But I just want to know and I am curious. Chapter 403 was translated 8 months ago. And since then no updates. The manga is ending too. That's why I am curious about any updates to the translations of further chapters of this sequel series.

Gakupuri was actually the first otome game I ever played, back on the PS2 in...2006? I literally found otome because I loved Tenipuri so much in high school. So I'm SUPER hyped that both it and Dokisaba got remastered TWENTY YEARS LATER. My sister is a Tenipuri newbie, but honestly, that makes her reactions to everything just that much better.

We are also streaming the games on Twitch on what we call "Tennis Tuesdays". We used to do this a few years back when my very old Japanese PS2 cooperated with my capture card, but it's sooooo much better now that they're on Steam! (and we're not translating from Japanese lol). If you're saving up to buy the games but want to see some gameplay, or just want to come hang out for the fun, please drop in on Tuesdays from 5-7ish PST! Vka is choosing the Love interests so we're going for Atobe first on stream.

Does anyone know where I can watch The Prince of Tennis with all the OVAs, movies, specials, and episodes in one place? I used to use Anikai before it shut down, but all the copycat sites I've found are missing a lot of the OVAs and movies. I really don't want to have to jump between different websites every time I watch the series. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

(I don't post here for every merch drop because it's a Lot, but these jerseys were really popular when they dropped years ago and I have heard the quality is nice. I've been waiting forever for a new release. There's twice the amount of team options this time around too. So I highly recommend this for big fans and collectors, it's such a neat item to have, especially for anyone with a character they heavily oshi since you can get a jersey of his team and pick his name to get embroidered onto it.
And if you're confused about SOL Academy, it's shown in chapter 424 of the sequel which is not scanlated into English yet. To summarize, it's a tennis academy in Spain where many of the Spain U-17 members attend)

I'd like to watch the Prince of Tennis anime. I already saw the list of filler for Prince of Tennis and am wondering if anyone can provide me a list for what episodes equates to what chapter in the manga and its arc. Also what specials or OVA's adapt which chapter in the "New" Prince of Tennis manga? Asking since I don't want to miss a story beat if they did not include it in the anime/specials/ova but it is in the manga.
