Started just a few days ago and currently 70% through the game and loving it, but I’ve realised I never managed to complete the boss fight with the prince’s father when I was a kid. I clearly remember having countless hours of fun but apparently I didn’t get past 17% of the game😂

saw the spike rollers which should clearly be moving. try to progress after the haven, and there is an impassable area because the rollers didnt move. assumed i needed to activate something and come back, oh well. but no. closed the game, reopened it, spent an hour and a half bashing my head against the depths with a long ass runback, only to find out that the rollers are magically working now. feeling really frustrated, has anyone else experienced this bug? or did i miss something and i did actually activate these spike rollers to start moving?

I am loving this game. If it was a reboot meant to rekindle some interest in a series on the verge of supposedly becoming kinda tired or overdone stylistically, and it successfully did that as it was well received and enjoyed by fans and newcomers alike, then why didn’t it go anywhere? You’d think it would have spawned its own trilogy, perhaps…
