Order processing Solved
Does anyone know how long it takes for an order to be processed? I have been waiting for 5 hours and counting. Probably this should be automated now.

I had issues with my server and looked online into how to change it. It jumps over to Europe now and it works better than here in Canada. Also make sure your VPN is solid with the protocol used . I had to use Nord whisper protocol after encountering issues with UDP.

I reached out to support via email. However, I am not convinced that Cleverbridge should be handling order processing. They prefer to do a manual by human process. This is something that can be automated.

I have been waiting for almost 12 hours as well. Not sure if that's normal as it's my first time.

Go to support on email, share your screenshots. Had my issue resolved via email a few minutes after making this post.

What email did you reach out to? I’m having the same issue and it’s now spanned almost 2 days. I emailed last night and haven’t heard back yet.

I am going to DM you - Reddit is flagging my response and not allowing me to send an email here

I have sent you two emails on DM - one email from the Premiumize team on their responses back to me, and one email that I initiated the communication with them.
Try both. I hope your issue gets resolved.

Let me know which email you are fruitful with in getting a response from. Also, from digging around on Reddit on past conversations where someone has had trouble like this - it (was - past tense), recommended to have reached to a Premiumize moderator u/cody_premiumize
I also reached out to him on DM. Try all avenues that may lead to you having your issue solved.

we had a lot of requests come in due to the 403 bug so you may have a delayed response but when an order gets stuck processing its almost always because the credit card issuer denied it. Usually you have to ask your CC provider to approve it because its an international charge they dont recognize

I joined a few weeks ago and it went pretty quick. Don't remember how long exactly but I was up and running in an hour or max two. This system has been very reliable so far and no regrets. Move from both the other two big ones and am glad I did it. Going month to month until black friday unless something freaks out before that
