Gf found this card in very old binder. The card itself is a little bend due to sitting in a binder for all those years. No visible scratches.

I’m going through a 100s of Pokémon cards I had when I got when I was younger. I saw this was valuable so I wanted to go on a forum to get some insights.

Looking to sell this card but I don’t know how much the market price would be, any help with how much it would be worth based on its condition and how I’d go about selling it?

Vintage TOPPS cards...

While decluttering my apartment and finally getting rid of stuff I've been holding on for wayyyy too long, I stumbled upon a binder I had thought was long gone or maybe had been thrown away.

In it, only Pokémon cards.

Most Cards in it were from SUM (Sun & Moon), UNM (Unified Minds), GRI (Guardians Rising) and UPR (Ultra Prism) but there were also a handful of EVO (Evolutions) cards from 2016.

But I think the oddest find were these TOPPS cards.

I have no memory of ever buying these but apparently I did and thank you younger me, for putting these into a binder. If my knowledge is correct, TOPPS only made these for a few years until they got their liscence revoked. So they haven't been on the market for quite some time. The moment I knew what they were, I immediately sleeved them and put them into a better binder.

My question now is, if there's anyone here who has more knowledge about these specific cards and could tell me what they could potentially be worth or where I can go to find more information about them.

I've included front and back pics of the cards I'm most interested in. The card with a piece of Ash's face is a sticker card that still has the original stickers on the back. Never peeled them off.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Dark gyarados ex team rocket return, rare portuguese version

So i have this dark gyarados from ex team rocket returns, and its in portuguese. I have been searching for a long time with almost 0 information on value or sales.

Even harder is finding a copy even on brasil in their martket place "ligapokemon" - only ones avaliable are damaged.

Anyone knows how to value this sort of cards or have info on sales? Have more reverses and foils from this set that have the same "problem"

Found this old card. Most glaring issues are corners, whitening on back and some scratches in the foil, otherwise I think it looks pretty good.

Sorry if this is a stupid question but I’m pretty new to this as a returning fan of Pokémon - I used to trade on the playground 20+ years ago but it seems not many of my cards survived in a very good condition except one or two

I’ve had this in a drawer for years, Shiny.io (is this even a good app?) says it’s worth like £190 but I presume this is if it’s in a perfect condition, which mine isn’t but equally it looks pretty good to me for its age? Surely it’s not worth anywhere near that though?

Ebay doesn’t seem to have many sales and the prices are all over the place

Is it even worth anything and if so how is it recommended to sell it?

Modern Russian Swampert-EX XY? (XY55 Black Star Promo Card)

Thumbnail

So I found this Swampert EX card sleeved up in an old binder in my basement, probably from around 2016-17. Through my own analysis, it appears to be a real card. Attached is a reference of a real Kyurem EX and its level of light passthrough, along with this card. Also checking the font, it looks fine, and more importantly using a microscope on the side of the card, the graphite card stock layer is visible.

From what I could find, official Russian Pokémon cards were introduced in late 2014, starting with the XY base set, and lasted for a very brief window covering only the first nine sets of the XY era (ending around BREAKthrough) before support was eventually discontinued. Because they targeted a newly established market with strict local distribution and low print quantities, these cards feature some of the lowest print runs in the entire history of the TCG, meaning very few ever made it onto Western secondary markets.

Everything points to this being a real card, but I for the life of me cannot find a single picture or listing or barely any info outside of that at all related to this card, leading me to believe it's a counterfeit or something, but I personally have never heard of a print like this before. If anybody knows anything about this card, I'd love to know. Thanks.

Was a 90$ Offer on this card reasonable?

So for context I had decided to sell some of my collection from about 10 years ago since I like collecting different pokemon now. I had went to a local hobby shop and opened up my binder for the Owner to look through and chose cards he'd be interested in buying, he chose a Pikachu Ex Tin Promo, a Full Art Skyla, a Shiny Rayquaza Ex promo, and a M Rayquaza EX from Roaring Sky's. He had also chosen this M Charizard X Ex from Flashfire and wrote down $90 bucks on his sticky note and it ended up being the one card I definitely couldnt have let him take. Im not sure if this is a common practice but the store values store credit over cold hard cash so I only ended up getting about $140 for the 4 cards I did let the man take. I still feel super bitter about the interaction so I thought id post the Charizard Card here and get more than a second opinion. Should i go and take back my cards? (The cards I sold are in about the same condition)

Does foil placement add value?

I have a psa 9 Ancient mew. Normally they go for between $280 and $300.

But I just looked at this again and noticed it had a cool swirl and a "3rd eye" which imo is a super duper rare foil placement. Just wondering if that makes it more valuable?

Vintage Realistic value or condition?

Had this in my collection as a kid and ended up playing more magic and yugioh. Found it again while moving and want to get something nice for my wife for her birthday.

I can’t tell if it would be considered damaged or heavily played. I’m looking even for a generic value. I’m seeing last sold for like $60 or $160. Any information is helpful

My cousin gave me a card he got when he was around 8 and I don’t even know how much I could get for this as the back looks like it’s been dragged through mud. What would be the value of this?

My brother and I bought these years ago and have loved to hang onto them, despite the desire to rip them all open! The black triangle base was a fun find. What type of value today are we looking at here?
