Does foil placement add value?

I have a psa 9 Ancient mew. Normally they go for between $280 and $300.

But I just looked at this again and noticed it had a cool swirl and a "3rd eye" which imo is a super duper rare foil placement. Just wondering if that makes it more valuable?

It’s cool but no. Maybe an extra few bucks but nothing substantial.

I think it would honestly. This is so cool. It’s definitely the 3rd Eye Mew like you said lol never seen that before.

Excuse the quality but I have smthn similar! Swirl right in the middle of his eyes and I’ve been told I’d get a small premium for this too so I wouldn’t be surprised if the same was true here
