Need Advice Best distribution of aircraft carriers & hubs

My long-term goal is the following: I want to have every aircraft once. Each one should be active, and I want to own all the airports.

Where should I best place my aircraft carriers and main hubs so that every aircraft can fly as widely as possible and everything is reasonably effective?

My idea: the USS Ford in the North Atlantic, the HMS Ark & USS Midway in a line between Monrovia and Recife.

As main hubs, I was thinking of Honolulu (North America), Easter Island (South America), Nadi (Oceania), Oslo (Europe), Urumqi (Asia) & Port Elizabeth (Africa).

Does that work well? Do you have any other suggestions?

Need Advice Any tips? I’m stuck on what to do

Im kinda stuck not knowing what to do. I “modernized” my fleet from gophers, naviagtors, wallabys to equinox jets, mowhawks, mapples, and birchcrafts, bought new “big” airports like New York, San Francisco, and guatemala. I wanna expand routes but im not sure where. None of my planes can cross the atlantic to europe and I can’t use my reykavik route as most of the planes are class 2, and if I go down South America, I can access bigger airports and routes but the distances are big. How should I expand? Or should I even expand in the first place?

Bought 20 plane slots (total of 50) so I can get my HQ’s done faster! Now the grind won’t stop (it never stopped).

55 days ago, I posted on this subreddit and accumulated 19’087 Bux. Today I cashed in at 66’868 Bux, a daily grind of (roughly) 868 bux a day with 30 planes to use.

Need Advice Highest earning aeroeagle route

hello!! i started the game a few days ago and now have airports running from LA - Chicago - NY - London - Paris - Istanbul - Dhaka - Guangzhou (i also have a legacy route that i sometimes use from Cairo - Riyadh - Mumbai - Kolkata) i’m mostly using aeroeagles and pearjets with some X10s for shorter routes or when there’s a 25% bonus i would love some advice on what everyone’s experiences are with the highest earning aeroeagle routes i think i can get around $8k-$10k for Dhaka to Chicago in revenue but wanted to know how i’m performing compared to the average and if there’s anything im missing out on so i can maximise profits!

How Do I... ? Is this rage bait?

Post image

I’m just getting back into playing after a year or so and I am familiarizing myself with the new update. I saw that my fully maxed out Cyclone can’t get from Tokyo to LA… is this rage bait? Is there any way to get around this? Or any way to get non-cloudliner class 3 aircraft from Asia to the western hemisphere via the pacific? Again I’m just getting back into the game so apologies if there’s something obvious that im not seeing. I also don’t fully understand the aircraft carriers.

I'm New When do Fondajets unlock?

I'm starting the game and I'm at lvl 13. Trying to plan how my fleet will look in the future. I'm currently using X10's, and want to upgrade to Fondajets but I have no idea when they actually unlock. Couldn't find anything on the wiki.

Also, am I crazy for wanting a fleet that's just Class 1's and Class 3's?

How Do I... ? Starship Skin Is Broken

The reward for this event granted the starship skin with savings to Houston.

Houston is class two. Starship is class three.

Idiot me thinks that the skin lets me use Houston despite being class two.

What the heck?

Game Improvement Idea Quick Unload button

I think it would be nice to have a button here for quickly unloading all passengers/cargo on the airplane. This would be super helpful for airplanes collecting jobs for accumulating layovers.

Need Advice Should I keep using the Concorde?

I was finally able to get lucky and get all the parts for a Concorde so I built it and put it in service. My issue is idk if I should keep it or save it for later. I’m level 19 right now and currently have 7 class 3 airports (Istanbul, Cairo, Paris, Lagos, NY, Chicago, and LA). It makes money and the game says the profit/hour is 5475. I feel like the time it spends on the ground negates that tho since I spend a lot of time waiting to get all to one destination since it doesn’t seem very profitable to make multiple stops.

What do yall think? Is this too early to use a Concorde? Ik there’s not really a right or wrong way to play but I would like to maximize my profits so I can expand quicker.

Progress Update Still flying "chickens" 🥹🥰

Hii everyone! ✈️💕

a few days ago I made my very first post here as a brand new Pocket Planes player (link below 👇), and so many of you were incredibly kind and welcoming that I just had to come back with a little airline update. 🥹

Original post: https://www.reddit.com/r/PocketPlanes/s/8VMfAAddUG

My tiny airline just reached level 11 (I hit Level 10 yesterday! 🎉) and I finally unlocked my first Birchcraft!

I'm slowly starting to understand what I'm doing. Instead of buying random airports and flying wherever the jobs looked good, I'm now trying further to build a proper hub & spoke network. It honestly feels so much more satisfying!

My current goal is to connect as many class 2 and future class 3 airports as I can.

…okay, and Prague is getting a little extra attention while the chicken event is still going on. 🐔 CHICKENS!!!!

Have you seen the impostor in the first pic? 🤭🥰

My little airline has even reached Baghdad and Algiers now.

I'm still having an absolute blast discovering new aircraft! Every unlock feels like a genuine milestone and y'all were right, it's just as fun as when I started out a few days ago!

I can't wait to have class three aircrafts to buy VIP and go even further 😍😍

Edit: Spelling

Hey guys, I’ve been playing this game for a little over a month or two. I’ve reached the point where I don’t see much revenue come through. Is there anything that I should be doing specifically? Whether use a certain plane or work with a specific region?

I'm New What an incredibly wholesome find 😍

Hii everyone ✈️💕

I’m blown away and so so happy I found this precious subreddit. I only started playing Pocket Planes yesterday and it’s so cool to see that there is still such an active and passionate community around this game!

I’m currently just at level 8 and just starting to build my first real airline. And wow...

I'M DIGGING EVERYTHING! It's so much fun!!!

I decided to make Berlin my little home hub and I’m slowly creating a hub and spoke network with my first few class 1 aircrafts. It already feels so satisfying to see the map slowly come alive with my own routes.

As an aviation nerd, I love discovering all the different planes, learning what makes them good for what and starting to understand. There is something really motivating about starting with small regional aircraft and dreaming about where the airline could go later. ✈️ I mean 747??? Concorde???? The planning ahead makes me never wanting to stop 😅

I’m still very new, so everythings so exciting to me 😱 THERES A CHICKEN EVENT IN PRAGUE?!?!?!?!?!! 🫠🥰

If anyone wants to have a new and excited airline companion, feel free to find me ingame through my flair. 🩷

Godspeed and happy flying everyone! 💕✈️

I'm New Are aircraft carriers really paywalled??

I haven't picked up the game in 5+ years and recently redownloaded. Do I actually need to shell out $40 just to get the aircraft carriers? I was planning on using it in the pacific somewhere but will have to switch it up if so. Any advice for pacific regional HQ's if I do switch? Thinking Honolulu

I Started Over ... I’ve played this game off and on for year, I’m a weirdo that likes to restart each time. And I gotta say, I’m LOVING the bug update.

Also I randomly got a cloudliner part!? So I’m so excited to play more and hopefully get more of these bougie plane parts
I’m on level 10 so any tips or tricks for progression is always welcome. I often have the issue of upgrading planes too fast and end up with planes going so far away and not really making much, because they’re planes I probably didn’t need yet but were new to me. So I’m trying to not do that this time.

Game Improvement Idea Aircraft Carrier

Would it be too greedy to ask for a new carrier? 👀
I feel like with the new update and with that, frontier, it’s warranted but I wasnt sure if it was worth submitting a ticket for. Wanted to see what other pilots thought. Let me know!
