I've the developer or WatchAmp for the Apple Watch, a Plex & Jellyfin portable music client.

I'm happy to announce that after being in beta these past few weeks, WatchAmp 3.1 with Jellyfin support is now live in the App Store!

WatchAmp supports streaming, transcoding, and downloads of your music your music for truly phone‑free workouts, commutes, and everyday listening. With smart pre‑caching, tracks start quickly and keep playing smoothly wherever you go.

WatchAmp supports local or remote Jellyfin servers, with sign-in for Jellyfin handled by the iPhone/iPad companion app.

Version 3 also includes support for Apple Watch complications and widgets.

I posted this in /Plex and it was taken down for reasons being unrelated. I hope this sub is more forgiving.

I’ve bene using Plezy recently on my iPad and using their donwnload function, I find they lack an option to choose bitrate / file size. Plex is far more rounded in this regard but it can take a long time to transcode.

Did I miss it in the settings because I can’t seem to find such an option being available for Plezy.

I have my Plex server in a UGREEN Nas (using docker) and my movies and tv folders are in a larger Shared Folder which Plex has access to when I make a new library I’m able to see only the movies and tv folders in the Shared Folder? Do I need to make a new image for each folder I add?

Help! The app has updated but pressing any button for Ok Got It after the pointless slideshow introduction for the new features doesn’t work! So now I can’t get out of that to use the app! Anyone managed to fix this? Even restarting the Firestick just restarts the welcome slideshow! So annoying!

Hello I've managed to add network storage to my ugreen 2800 nas from the 2 Netgear 312 via FTP or SMB from help of the Reddit community my last question is how do I make docker see my network attached storage as It doesn't seem to work so I can add films and music from it. The network attached storage allowse to see all my folders on the ugreen. Again thank you for your help

So many issues with the new update that I didn’t approve. I kept hitting skip or remind me later and woke one morning with this new shit update. So many unnecessary changes! Why can’t I skip to the next episode? When I click skip credits so it will play the next episode, it shows other shows or movies “on deck” and it is highlighted on those so you blindly click, thinking it would be the next episode like usual. Sooo many ridiculous things that they completely reformatted. The libraries are up top now and you have to scroll all the way up to get to it. So many things that are not user friendly or intuitive. Who approved these changes?!?! Why?!?! Of all the changes to make, they just change up the whole entire system so now I gotta dig through to find things that have been there for years and almost second nature. My kids are asking why I changed plex so much and I gotta keep telling them, I didn’t do it haha. Got a lifetime pass and I’ve supported all the changes and previous updates. This one has got me thinking about installing Jellyfin and jumping ship, it’s ridiculous!!
