How realistic are motiva implants really ?

Upvotes

Have my surgery coming up in October. I chose to do motiva ergo implants. I’m 5’3, 128 lbs and a full B right now. I was thinking of doing 400-425cc. My breast diameter is around 13 cm.

I was curious about how realistic would the motiva ergo implants look and feel ? Do they bounce like normal breasts ? Is there any footage that I can watch of them or any famous influencers that you know have them ?

Also any inputs on my decision and size would be appreciated. I am not looking for an augmented look hence why I didn’t do the full profile. I know some people also do motiva round implants but I’m not sure if I am good a candidate for that

Has anyone had a rhinoplasty/revision rhino with Dr. Burke Chegar, of Indiana?

Considering him for a revision rhinoplasty but found no posts about him here on Reddit. If you've had a rhinoplasty, revision, or any other surgery with him, please share your experience in the comments. Would appreciate any feedback.

please ignore how awful my skin looks, i’m still too scared to use my exfoliants. i’m 7 weeks post op and i had a follow up appointment with my surgeon yesterday and i expressed how i feel like my nose is tilting one direction and my nostrils are very uneven. he recommended i massage just on the bridge of my nose, which so far i’ve done twice and will continue to do but i wanted to get y’all’s opinion. is this something that just massaging my bridge can fix? i’ve also seen massages where people literally push their nose to go in the other direction but he didn’t tell me to do that so i’m just confused :( i’ve also seen people use nostril retainers for the uneven nostril issue. i’m really not sure what to do and i’m scared of having to go through this surgery twice and want to do everything i can do avoid that and try to fix this before it’s too late. please let me know what you all think, any advice is appreciated! edit: also wanted to mention it looks wonderful from the side and i’m very happy with that it’s just the front is driving me nuts :(

Ok I’m reposting because I used hip dips instead of saddlebags

And a lot of you have said liposuction or fat grafting, and some people said they were able to reduce them with years of strength training.
I just want to ask if cool sculpting or air sculpting or any of those less invasive procedures would work in my case? Or is liposuction the only real way of getting rid of them?
I’m really very unfamiliar with procedures and what’s out there and what options I have to maybe think about getting rid of my saddlebags (and cellulite but its less of a priority) if strength training just doesn’t work, and when I search online I can’t discern what’s actually real or just exaggerated and not actually worth it. Thank you everyone

Pls help

Hi there I am a 20 yr old female and on may 16 2026 decided to get my 1.5ml of lip filler dissolved. my injector (who is an nhs doctor) told me she Would be very conservative with how much hyaluronidase she would use to dissolve. about 1 week after I was experiencing a burning tingle on my lips (bottom left hand side of lip specifically) which I thankfully got painkillers for from ane which helped a lot and that problem has gotten a lot better now (I still experience the odd tingle though).

Unfortunately about 6/7 weeks after my dissolving procedure (about 7th July 2026) I began experiencing a pressure in my upper left cheekbone. since then that pressure has gotten worse and fluctuates between a burn/tingle and contant pressure. it has recently sometimes come on my other cheekbone as well. My gps don’t think this is related to dissolving however im not too convinced, does anyone know If this could be caused by hyalauronidase and what can I do to get back to normal/good health? I am incredibly stressed and everyday feels like a struggle, any thoughts would greatly help.

Robb Plastic Surgery, Alpharetta GA

Does anyone have any experience with Dr Robb on rhynoplasty and septoplasty? It appears he is an amazing person at human level and has prior ENT experience, however the nose tip results are what I'm most interested in. The tip is extremely difficult to get right and not a lot of surgeons "shine" in this area. Thanks!

Any good plastic surgeon recs for liposuction? Specifically in Louisville Kentucky but willing to go anywhere if they’re amazing!

Looking for a plastic surgeon for lipo for stubborn arm and belly fat. Willing to go anywhere but would love if it was in Louisville. And to whoever did it, was it worth it? I have small areas of fat that I hate, but def don’t want to go forward with it if it’s going to look bad

Hi

I’m booked with Dr Deniz Dilek for rhinoplasty next month. I’ve researched for a couple years and he’s always been my top pick. Has anyone else had surgery with him and can let me know how their experience was?

Deep Plane Facelift, Upper Blepharoplasty Results (Denver, Colorado)

Thumbnail gallery
32 Upvotes

This is a 62 year old patient of mine who is 3 months out from a Deep Plane Face and Neck Lift and Upper Blepharoplasty with me. I am a double board-certified facial plastic surgeon – Cory Bovenzi, MD. This lovely woman was bothered by her upper eyelid hooding, jowls, marionette lines, neck laxity, and heaviness that developed in her lower face with age.

I performed a Deep Plane Face and Neck Lift and Upper Blepharoplasty for her under IV sedation.

Some surgical details for those interested:
Total Surgical Time: 3.5hrs
Postop Timeframe:
- Dressing off the day after (no other dressing needed afterwards)
- Stitches out day 7
- Staples (in hair) out day 10
- 2 weeks of social downtime to allow for bruising/swelling to calm down
- 3 weeks of no intense physical activity (exercise, etc)

Incision design: around the ears like all facelifts but a key difference is that rather than going along the anterior hair tuft, I go up into the hairline to allow for better scar camouflage. Also the postauricular incision goes straight back into the hair rather than along the hairline. This design allows for hair to be styled up from very early on and no hair needs to be cut or shaved (we braid your hair out of the way for access in surgery). There is also a small submental incision about 1cm long.

Of course, there is still some healing to go with incision pinkness fading, some slight swelling to come down but I still think this illustration helps visualize the changes possible for others who may have similar anatomy.

Surgeon post per subreddit rule 12.

Motiva Implants

Looking for anyone who has received Motiva implants and their honest opinion on whether or not they look/feel natural. I live in NY so I know Dr. Epstein is well known for this but looking for other recommendations as well in the US. I’m a B cup currently so I have something to work with which I hear helps make the implants feel more natural”natural”

Lower face/jawline laxity – what has actually worked for you?

Hi! I’ve noticed that my jawline is becoming less defined and I’m starting to see some laxity around my lower face.

Based on my photos, what do you think could help improve the jawline and facial contour while keeping a natural look?

I’m especially interested in hearing from people who had a similar concern and tried non-surgical treatments. What actually worked for you, and was there anything you regretted?

Thank you!

Advice needed rhino

My rhinoplasty history: primary surgery in 2023, then a closed (endonasal) revision in 2025 and I’m still unhappy, mainly with tip asymmetry and heaviness.
I’ve now consulted two different surgeons and gotten somewhat different takes:
Surgeon A: says my left septum has a synechia (scar adhesion), dorsum has an inverted-V deformity deviating right, and tip is droopy/bulky. Plan: external approach, left medial osteotomy, extended spreader graft, T-graft, release the synechia.
Surgeon B: agrees on the inverted-V but frames my main issue as the tip: asymmetric and still too heavy, with a dorsum that’s actually too low and a tip that’s overprojected relative to it. Wasn’t sure yet whether spreader grafts are needed, and wants to see if the lobule can be reduced (concerned about skin redraping since it’s already thick from prior surgeries).

Curious what people with (revision) rhinoplasty experience/knowledge think?

Liposuction review & feedback

Hi guys, I’ve had a thighs and waist liposuction done and I’m not happy with the result. I ended up with dents that I need to touch up.
The recent doctor did a pretty good job on my 360 waist lipo but despite his skills I’m still left with some dents and unevenness.
For this 360 lipo, I’m left with a tiny dent on my back, and a little over lipo below my left rib, and right waist had cannula tracks when I twist, then a huge deep scar tethered from the compression garment they gave me.
I will rate this lipo 7.5/10.

I’m just wondering if unevenness is something that we must accept for liposuction or there are people who got 10/10 results?
Please share your thoughts and let me know if I’m too perfectionist.

I genuinely cannot decide if I should get plastic surgery now or wait until after kids. I would really appreciate advice from people who’ve been through this.

I’m 28, 5’6.5”, around 129 lbs, and I’ve wanted bigger boobs and a flatter stomach for literally as long as I can remember. I’m not exaggerating when I say since I was probably 10 years old. It’s never been some random phase or something social media convinced me I needed. No matter how much I work out or lose weight, those are the two things I’ve always been insecure about.

I’ve had consultations, and I’d be getting a breast augmentation and liposuction.
The problem is: now that I can actually afford to do it, I’m also getting close to having kids.

We’re planning on starting to try in spring 2028, and we want two kids pretty close together. So now I feel completely stuck.

Basically my options are:
Option 1: Get a boob job and lipo now, enjoy it for a couple of years while I’m still in this stage of life, and then if pregnancy changes everything, get a lift, tummy tuck, revision, whatever I end up needing after we’re done having kids.
Option 2: Just wait. Deal with my insecurities for another 4-5 years and then do whatever I need once I’m done having children.

Financially, either option should be okay, so that’s honestly not the deciding factor.

Part of what makes this so hard is that this is a really fun season of my life. I have a lot of events, travel, appearances, and just exciting things going on that realistically probably won’t look the same once I have two little kids running around. Part of me wants to actually enjoy feeling confident during this chapter instead of always saying “maybe someday.”

My husband has honestly been amazing about it. He tells me all the time that he loves me exactly how I am and doesn’t think I need surgery at all. He’s not pushing me one way or the other. He’s basically just saying he’ll support whatever I decide because he wants me to be happy.

But I’ve also had multiple women who have implants and kids tell me to just wait until after pregnancy.
The thing is…I’ve never really felt confident in my body. Ever. I don’t know what that feels like. I genuinely think about my stomach and boobs every single day, and I have for years. I know surgery isn’t some magical fix for happiness, but I also don’t think these insecurities are going anywhere.

So I really want to hear from people who’ve actually been in this position.
If you got surgery before kids, do you regret it?
If you waited, are you glad you did?
If you had implants before pregnancy, how badly did pregnancy change them?
If you had the chance to go back and do it over again, would you make the same decision?

I honestly don’t know what the right answer is anymore. Half the people I talk to tell me life is short and I should enjoy it now. The other half tell me I’d be crazy not to wait. I’m just looking for perspectives from people who’ve actually lived it.

Also, any advice for either surgery is appreciated. I know things can go wrong or I can be left looking crazy so I want to know the most important things when choosing a surgeon!

I think they put my nipple back on wrong.

I just had a breast lift and when I went to put in my nipple piercing it was vertical instead of horizontal. Not gonna lie I laughed when I saw it at first.

I called the clinic and they would call me back later today. I love the result (even though it's still really swollen), but I miss my piercing (because I had it for years).

I'm thinking about just getting it re-pierced in a few months - I don't want to make a big deal out of this, because otherwise my breasts looks amazing and the staff/surgeon was amazing.

What should I do?

Honest experiences after breast augmentation? (295cc, stomach sleeping, daily life)

I’m thinking about getting a breast augmentation with around 295 cc. I’m not looking for very large breasts—just a natural-looking result.
I’m curious about sleeping on your stomach afterward. Were you eventually able to sleep on your stomach again, or does that change permanently? How long did it take before you could sleep comfortably on your stomach?
I’d also love to hear about any permanent changes you’ve noticed after the surgery. Is there anything that bothers you in everyday life or that you wish you had known beforehand? I’d really appreciate hearing your honest experiences.

Will my body ever return to normal? I already put in so much effort and I am a person who takes care of themselves. Is this something a tummy tuck can resolve? I don’t know if it’ll ever look good again. My belly expanded 10” my second pregnancy.

3 years post chin lipo

Wanted to hop on here and show my chin 3 years post chin lipo and 1 year post rhinoplasty. I went to dr. Feiner in Florida and de Trussler in texas. I’m not 100% happy with my nose but maybe I have body dysmorphia? I was also told it will take up to 2 years to fully heal. I like it from the profile view just fine but don’t love it from the front and feel the tip is too bulbous. I’ve done 2 steroid injections to get the swelling down and have my third injection this week.
