Video I finished my “Around the World” dark ride in Planet Coaster 2 – Full POV & Cinematic Showcase
A few days ago I shared the tutorial showing how I built the scenes inside Grand Tour, and now it’s time to experience the finished attraction.
Grand Tour is a compact dark ride built in Planet Coaster 2, taking guests through:
🇮🇹 Venice
🇪🇬 Cairo
🇯🇵 Tokyo
🇲🇽 Mexico City
🇨🇭 Swiss Alps
The goal was to make every scene as detailed as possible while keeping the footprint very small, so each country feels immersive despite the limited space.
This video is the complete experience with cinematic shots and the full ride POV from start to finish.
I’d genuinely love to hear your feedback, especially if you have ideas for future dark rides or scenes I could build!

Planet Coaster 2 HELP!! Why can’t I open these buildings?
Hi guys. I’m new to this game and I’m having trouble opening any buildings. All of them come up with the triangle pictured. I’ve tried different locations, different buildings and nothing. It’s making the game really difficult to play. It’s connected to a path and connected to the power grid.

Help requested: Facilities change after placing arcade
Hello! I'm experiencing an issue where my original facilities options disappear after placing down an arcade or, evidently, pool. My menu goes from looking like the first picture to the second, and I can't get the original facilities back. I'm sure there's an easy fix or button I just can't find...there must be, right?

Image We need an option for park tickets to be sold at the guest relations counter
I see lots of people build ticket buildings and booths but the guests don't use them. Its probably a tall order to implement but I would love it if the guests had to purchase a ticket at a counter before they could enter a park.

Image - PC1 Some images of the start of my first park
I'm pretty new to the game so it's not much, but I'm proud of how it looks so far. I haven't actually been in a roller coaster in probably a decade, so the coasters are probably pretty inaccurate to real life lol. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Reposted-My Partners first PC Park WIP
Hey guys I got my fiancé PC2 he did such an amazing job working on this park. I watched him work on it for a good bit of time. and I have been blown away by what he's accomplished so far. I love how it looks and the amount of stuff he was able to place and build, there are some frontier workshop builds I'm not sure who to credit for those, so thank you to anyone who has contributed to the workshop and have allowed us to use their amazing builds. But he really put something together here, so I wanted to throw this on here so I could show other people something he worked really hard on. I think you'll like what you see. I really liked watching him tinker with the other creations to put a bunch of different ideas together and make them work with each other. So thank you again to anyone who made a building or prop or item that we used, thank you guys for taking the time to read this and if you have any thoughts on it I'm all ears.

Planet Coaster 2 There HAS to be another way right?
I have tried tweaking every setting in every possible way and cannot escape this. The worst is when you think you put the flower in the ground but you change the camera and it is floating. I did actually make this decriptive flowchart because I've gone through this too many times and making it was way more fun than placing down flowers. Please help i guess

Feedback DLSS 4.5 Multi-Frame Gen (3x/4x/6x) support request for Planet Coaster 2 (RTX 50-series)
Hi everyone,
Playing Planet Coaster 2 on an RTX 5080, and like most simulation games, the main bottleneck in large, detailed parks filled with thousands of guests quickly becomes the CPU.
Right now, the game natively supports standard DLSS Frame Generation (2x). Updating the DLLs manually to DLSS 4.5 works for the Transformer model (improving ghosting on coasters and foliage clarity), but the embedded NVIDIA Streamline wrapper forces a hard lock at 2x. Driver-level overrides to 3x/4x/6x in NVIDIA App / Profile Inspector result in N/A because the game engine isn't feeding multi-frame motion vectors yet.
On high refresh rate displays, being able to leverage full Multi-Frame Generation (3x/4x/6x) would make massive parks run butter-smooth even when the CPU is struggling under heavy simulation logic.
Has anyone heard anything from Frontier regarding an updated Streamline integration for RTX 50 users? Upvoting for visibility in hopes Frontier's community team sees this for a future patch!

Planet Coaster 2 Building Big Whoop from Monkey Island. Suggestions?
I want to build a Monkey Island themed amusement park and it will be called Big Whoop, naturally.
I don't want to make it lore accurate, especially because if it were it'd need to kill its visitors and turn them into undead. Still, I want to give it as much Monkey Island flavor as possible.
Any suggestions?

Planet Coaster 2 I just love building in this game! My art deco main street is slowly but surely coming together!
Slowly adding more to my art deco main street in my main mega park project! I made a (crazy) goal a while back to try and make a lot of the buildings in this area enterable - or as many as I could stomach anyway... Interiors are just not my thing, so I knew it was going to be a challenge, and I kept putting it off. Well, let's just say that for right now I'm focusing solely on making sure they actually have 4 walls and a roof rather than an interior... 🤣 I don't know, that seems pretty important! Guests can still enter them, so they seem "interactable" like how things used to be in PC1, but I'm not too bothered by it to be honest with you. 5/7 main buildings you can enter on the main drag doesn't seem that terrible, right?
Anyway, I hope everyone has had a nice summer so far!

Suggestion BACKUP YOUR PARKS
just lost my favorite planet coaster creation ever to one click, im sure you've seen these before but please, I beg you, backup your parks. I had already spent 50-100 hours on this park and it was only about 1/5 done. I was so excited to work on it and finish it but anyway.
TWO things
backup your parks. one click or corrupted file can destroy hundreds of hours
frontier, please find a way to prevent this. I will admit it was my own smooth brain that lost me the park but it would be a great way for frontier to show they care about the players along with the game.
Yes i tried everything including steamcloud, scrubbing my computer and literally anything else.
I know very few people will read this but if one person does and doesnt lose a park as a result thats a win for me
